New studio apartment with gorgeous views. Upstairs above garage and very private. Open deck allows you to greet the sunrise and appreciate the sunset. Lots of windows so you can watch the fish jump and see all the waterfowl. Cool breezes make air conditioning unnecessary. You will feel like you are in the trees with aspen trees all around! Trundle bed allows you to spread out.
Microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and refrigerator for your convenience.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet!

The loft was very clean and comfortable. A lot of work was put into ambiance and it showed. The property was very quiet but still just minutes from down town. The owner was readily available when we had problems locating the lock box, and was very responsive to any concerns we had. My only complaint is the bed was two twins; one pulled out from underneath the other, so my husband and I couldn’t really share a bed. But over all it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely rebook this property again. Highly recommend!

Small simple and perfect for my Daughter and I, we skied all day and played around the house all night! Very nice cabin, chip and joanna gains meet garage cabin. Love always Trevor

3 Days in September 2017

We stayed 3 day after two long days drive out of the Twin Cities Minnesota. This was perfect for our "winding" down before heading home. The accommediations just enough space for the time we had and just the two of us. We actually choose to spend this time looking the area over for a possible purchase to escape the Arizona summer heat. Returning here to stay is a real possibility for next year since Joan was such a joy to work with. Any questions we had when we arrived she was available quickly and answered all we needed to enjoy our stay. I could go on and on about the beautiful views, wild animals, local services and the friendly locals but the thought of Joan not having room for us I don't want to chance.

Good for two

Perfect size for two, very nice with everything you need. Beautiful view of the lake from the windows. It ended up raining the entire time we were in Pagosa, and we still enjoyed our stay. Two things to be aware of when booking: 1) There is a microwave and an electric bbq outside - other than that, no cooking. 2) Apartment has two twin beds (one is a trundle bed folded under the other). Not the best for two people, but it was fine.

Gorgeous and relaxing

The space is a cute and small cabin, but we knew that from the pictures provided. It was perfect because we spent all day outside. We may have watched TV an hour each evening to wind down on the couch before bed. The only issue we had was sleep. We have a very soft bed at home, so the bed here kept us awake half the night. However, that is our problem 😄 We may come back here again.... hopefully soon. When/if we do, we will bring a blow up mattress LOL. I would definitely stay here again, because it was just enough for us. My favorite part of this cabin (aside it from being reasonably priced) is being able to sit by the lake. It is absolutely beautiful.

Great little apartment for a nice getaway!

Loved this place! It's location on the lake was beautiful, and just a short drive into town. The apartment had everything we needed. Joan was quick to answer any questions we had, and very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely return, and highly recommend this place for a nice getaway!

Perfect and Cozy for Two!!

This efficiency garage apartment is located right on the Lake in a very convenient location. Minutes from groceries and restaurants!! Owner is very attentive and responsive to every detail! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

Joan was absolutely awesome with helping us book and schedule our vacation, she was super patient and very easy to work with. The cabin was also wonderful, it was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was perfect for a nice vacation in a great small town. The only negative thing I would have to say is the bed is a little uncomfortable, but I am very picky about beds as it is so it could just be me. Other than that it was perfect. I would definitely come back.

Cute little apartment

We had a great stay in Pagosa for our anniversary this past weekend. This apartment was cute, decorated nicely, and we liked the location, not too far from everything, but still felt mountainous. We (and our dogs) enjoyed the easy access to the lake, very beautiful! Thank you Joan for being a great hostess!
