Dear Martin, We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and you have only told us about this now, after a year, that would surprise anyone. The owner and the staff can be reached by different phone, sms, whatsApp, email. When our customers arrive they are urged to let us know if anything is wrong and we are always ready to fix it straight away. We are sorry that you did not tell us anything within the two weeks of your stay. Some people are particularly allergic to mosquitoes. They should use various repellents, cover up and maybe avoid Mediterranean areas. All apartments have safety mosquitoes nets. In conclusion, the comments of guests who preceded and followed you tell satisfaction. Perfection does not exist and we are grateful to customers for their comments which help us to improve our offer, anyway we remain very amazed by your experience.
