In the Praz plain, in absolute calm, on the edge of a lake, with an extraordinary view of the entire Mont Blanc massif, 15 minutes' walk from the center of Chamonix (3 minutes by car) via pleasant paths riverside, between the Vallée Blanche, La Flégère and Brévent ski areas, 10 minutes by car from the Grands Montets ski area, on the cross-country ski trails and trail running trails.
New ***** residence (delivered in autumn 2018) "La Cordée" with free access to the reception lounge with fireplace, TV lounge, reading, billiards, table football, heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, hammam, fitness room with equipment, climbing room.

Beautiful flat location

Fantastic stay! The flat was great—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location is fabulous, offering easy access to everything Chamonix has to offer. The amenities at La Cordée are superb, from the relaxing wellness area to the excellent facilities. Highly recommend! We’ll be back next year!

Wonderful

We spent 5 days in the spectacular Chamonix valley. What a joy to wake up to such a magnificent view from a lovely apartment. We have returned home with very special memories of our short time. Thank you.

Beautiful appartment

The appartment is very spacious and is very well equipped. It even has a washingmachine. It has a beautiful mountainview. The big plus was also an indoorparkingplace and a private cellarplace to put our bikes. Our son liked the swimmingpool very much, and the pooltable too.

Nice apartment

Fairly new apartment in a good location. Well appointed and clean (except the garbage was not taken out when we arrived!). The building elevator was broken and the parkade was flooded during our time there. Walking distance to downtown and parking was adequate. Lovely views from the balcony! The lady at check in was late meeting us and promised to bring coffee pods which was not followed through. Overall a lovely stay!

Dear Renee, I'm happy that you had a lovely stay there but I regret that you didn't say a word to me regarding the supposed troubles that you may have experienced. I understand that the snow and weather conditions were exceptionnally bad during your stay, like everywhere in the Alps at that time, and that you felt very disappointed about that...but please do not take revenge on me ! (Marie was not late but you arrived earlier than announced so that you had to wait 5mn and she never promised to give you coffee pods).

Chamonix Bliss

We are used to basic amenities like towels, TP, soap in bathrooms. Those were not included. Having issues with a deposit en route to Europe was frustrating, however, the property was absolutely amazing and looked out over a small lake and located out of Chamonix by a 20-minute walk which made it quite peaceful. We had a fabulous stay once we arrived thanks to Agnes, the property manager. She was helpful and kind.

I just would like to remind you that, if you had minor "issues" with your security deposit, it is just because you did not read the informative email that I sent you 4 days before the beginning of your stay, and you worried about it just a few hours before your arrival there.

A perfect week in Chamonix

This property immediately blew us away. The pictures do not do this elegant and simple property and complex justice. The spa and pool are fabulous additions and everything about the condo was perfect. The property is located in an ideal location - 10 minutes from the bus station with quick and easy access to the slopes, 10 minutes from our favorite coffee shop (le petite social), and a beautiful 15 minute walk to downtown Chamonix. All in all it was a magical experience, I couldn't be happier with the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the property manager and the property itself. Magnifique!!

Een mooi appartement met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Wij waren met vier personen en dan is het appartement ruim genoeg, Fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Zelfs een wasmachine. De bedden vonden we niet heel comfortabel liggen. Daar mag wel in geïnvesteerd worden. Het beddengoed (dekbed hoes) was ook breder dan het dekbed. En dat is niet prettig. Het balkon is niet heel ruim maar we konden er wel met z’n vieren eten. De auto kan in de parkeergarage.Er is een mooi zwembad.En er zijn wandelmogelijkheden genoeg in de buurt. En binnen een half uurtje lopen ben je in het centrum van Chamonix.

We were visiting Chamonix to hike and enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings. For us, this apartment was perfect, the location was out of the village of Chamonix, but close enough to walk in for meals and activities. The view from the deck and bedrooms is spectacular, with no buildings to obscure the mountains. The apartment was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Bruno was kind and always prompt in getting back to me with answers to our questions. We would definitely recommend this wonderful VRBO.

Family Ski Trip

Appartement très cosy idéalement situé

Vue magnifique sur le mont blanc et l'aiguille du midi dans une résidence au calme. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et l accès à la salle de sport ainsi qu à la piscine est top. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible. Séjour parfait pour faire du sport et se détendre.

The photos dont do this apartment justice. Agnes was really helpful. Chamonix is amazing, The flat was great. The pool was really popular with our children.

Superbe séjour, prestations géniales, emplacement fantastique

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans l'appartement de Bruno à Chamonix. Tout était réuni : - un accueil parfait et des informations complètes - un équipement neuf et complet - une propreté irréprochable - un aménagement et une décoration très soignés - une résidence tout confort avec salons de jeux, de lecture, grande piscine couverte, sauna, hammam, salle de cardio training, salle de fitness et même un mur d'escalade ! Mais aussi et surtout un emplacement incroyable, au calme et au bord d'un lac avec une vue extraordinaire sur tout le massif du Mont Blanc, à 15mn à pied du centre-ville de Chamonix.

modern appartment, fully equipped, great views, excellent SPA & fitness

new appartment in luxury residence, fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine...). decorated with attention to detail, blu ray, blue tooth, TVs, everything there. Great views on lake and Mont Blanc, residence has SPA facilities with pool, jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, fitness facilities, yoga room. Chamonix is a lovely town anyway.. Easy arrival, easy departure, Bruno is quick in replying to any question. Ski bus in "walking distance", but easier by car (underground garage). Walking distance in Ski boots is relative :-)
