Excellent location in a really cute flat. Host has been fast with communications. Everything you need. They can use some updating on the living room furniture but aside from that, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the street this flat was located on, it was very conveniently located with lots of quaint restaurants and bars close by. The building was very quiet and the flat super cosy and well stocked. The floorboards are quite creaky if you're a sensitive sleeper, ear plugs are something to consider.

The washer required repairs. Would have liked a notification when the repairs had been completed. I had to ask if the washer was safe to use.

Great location. Flat worked well for our group. I could not get the app that they wanted us to use for check in to work so communication was a bit awkward but it all worked out okay.

The arm on the chair in living room fell off, as well as the door handle inside the bathroom. And traffic out on the street below was really loud!!! But other than that, the beds and accommodations were very nice

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Reasonable walk to buses and trains. Listing said king and queen beds but they were more like queen and full.

The host was amazing, extremely responsive and easy to contact. A great location, Thistle St has everything you need from a sandwich shop with amazing filled rolls, coffee roaster, best Thai food in Edinburgh to a great Wine Bar. The bed’s are comfortable and bedding warm and inviting. Wonderful hot shower. The flat needs some TLC to bring it to five stars, a little attention to detail, with things like bare bulbs with no shades, cracks in walls, gaps in floor boards and unusable shelf in bathroom, a freezer box in fridge, would elevate this flat from ok to excellent.

Smelly old flat from hell with no hot water. Couldn’t even give us the correct lock box location. Terrible value for money. I have photos and I’m escalating this. I wonder if the owners are aware of this horrible management.
Floorboards lifting and horribly squeaky
A plant as neglected as the rest of the flat

Nice place, good location. Hot water only lasts 45 to 50 seconds. Called the service, who stated they would call me back in 15 minutes, but I did not receive a call.

Perfect location for visiting Edinburgh, very easy to get to from the airport (even thought the link to google maps at VRBO takes you to the wrong address) and close to everything. The apartment is functional and with all that is needed. This pictures at VRBO matches the interior of the apartment.A few things would have brought the last star - the pans and pots needed tightening of their handles, some of the furniture is due for replacement (repairs had been made and failed).

Sehr schöne Wohnung, leider keine Kaffeemaschine und auch nur ein normales Trinkglas; im Bad fehlen Haken und Abstellfläche, wenn 4 Personen die Wohnung nutzen

Nice apt in a great location

Check in was easy. The Apt was clean with the exception of the bathroom which needed a new shower curtain and a thorough cleaning. This apartment is in a great location. Easy access to everything and everything is pretty walkable. Plenty of good restaurants around and the owner was responsive. Only warning which didnt bother us was that the floor was loud when you walked but we are not light sleepers. Would stay again

The apartment was in the perfect location for everything. Well supplied with everything you needed

Easy to book and lots of corraspondance with the agents. Only thing that let the apartment down was the shower room. The mould on the ceiling and shower curtain and the dirty shower trap so the water didn't go down causing it to flood the room. Apart from that would stop there again but just wouldn't use the shower.
