Two storey town house above South Sands beach near Salcombe, sleeping five in three bedrooms.
This very well presented two storey town house is tastefully furnished and equipped throughout. The living accommodation is all on the lower level with one flight of stairs up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The property has three bedrooms, including a master with King-size bed and en suite shower room.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters and hot water supplied via an immersion tank. Neff appliances including 5-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview. Wifi provided.
All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided. Good-sized private paved terrace with patio table and chairs. Strictly No Smoking. Allocated parking for one car. Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction. Limited visitors parking available. The parking space is sloping please contact the office for more information.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

The parking slot was impossible to use! Steep slope & next to a wall. We used other various spaces that were unoccupied. There were several breakages upon arrival, which were eventually reported. Found rusty cooking pans in the cupboard which need to be discarded.Drawers of utensils were completely jumbled up. Hot water was inconsistent so needed boosting daily. Property was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location - just needs some extra tlc.

Very comfortable cottage in good location.
The cottage was well furnished with comfortable sofas and beds. It was light and airy and had lovely pictures and knickknacks. There was parking which was very difficult to find in Salcombe. The managing company were great and helped to locate and return a toy box we inadvertently left behind.
