Disney Dreams is a luxurious 5-star self-catering villa with the WOW factor & you won't be disappointed. In the prestigious community of Calabay Parc @ Towerlake Haines City with 24 hr manned secured gates, CCTV on all streets. This beautiful summer holiday rental home is located for easy access to Disney, Universal and all attractions. We currently have one of the largest South facing pool with special features including water streamers/sprays (the kids will love them) & underwater coloured mood lighting, pool depth 5ft and 3 ft with a 6ft pool spa with extended decking, luxury pool furniture with side tables & 7ft umbrellas. During the winter months the pool can be heated, this is an extra cost. Flatscreen TVs with ROKU, e, Spongebob twin room has a games console, Xbox and games. All bedrooms have luxury upgraded bedding, new Coolvie mattresses, and furniture. The villa has a Disney Themed games room featuring a slate pool table & air hockey table, cards & board games. We are in close proximity to Southern Dunes & Champions Gate golf courses & many more in the surrounding area. Walmart 2 mins drive & Posner Park is 7 miles, Eagle Ridge Shopping Mail 25-30 mins drive, and Florida Mail approx 40- 1 hr. Right on our doorstep is Manny's Chop House, can guarantee you will enjoy their New York strip steak & New York cheesecake, in huge portions!
Both master rooms have super king-size beds (US), en-suite & private doors to the pool area. There is also a safety gate & fence around the pool area, children must be supervised as there is no lifeguard. We also provide a high chair, booster seat, crib & bedding & bed guard for guests to use, please request as they are locked away all free of charge!
We take pride in our house and all towels & bedding including pillows are renewed every year. This is to ensure that the house stays nice and fresh for all our guests. Also, we have replaced the mattress & blinds in the house. These are cleaned regularly & the house is well maintained.

Villa was beautiful, extremely comfortable with everything we required, very pleased with Villa and location! Pool settings, water sprays, hot tub etc not quite as described and additional cost for pool heat was disappointing and the cost for this high! Pool is an amazing size, with comfortable loungers in a nice community, really enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Thankyou for you lovely review. Like you said the pool is large & unfortunately the cost of pool heat is required for the size as it is the largest pool on the community. The cost per night does not include pool heat, as stated in the description.

Great villa with a giant pool

This was the second time we stayed here, we love the villa and the pool. It is located in a very quiet community and lots of restaurants and grocery stores are very close by. Perfect stay for families who love a pool home.

We have been so lucky to stay here for a second time and this villa is just perfect. Everything you could possibly need with fantastic pool and ultra clean rooms. Perfect location for us with I-4 & US27 & US19 a few minutes away. Also for us is the security being in a gated area which is so quiet is important. Hope to return next year.

Great location for Sun 'N Fun.

Nice, quiet, gated community. Near food and shopping options. Great stay, I will book it again when I am in the area.

Home Away from Home

Great Value within 30-45 minutes of Orlando and Tampa. We were very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Another Fantastic Stay

We are just back home to Ireland after another superb stay in Janice& Stephen’s wonderful villa! It truly is magnificent; every single touch in the villa is done with so much thought! This house 🏠 had everything that you needed, close to Disney and universal but also have time out to enjoy yourself and relax

Dream holiday is the best location

We had the most amazing stay at this villa, was absoloutly the perfect home away from home, had everything we needed and more! Was lovely and clean and in an amazing safe area, we would love to come back and stay again. Janice was lovely and answered any queries we had before we left quickly and thoroughly. Cant recomend this villa enough made our stay the dream holiday x

We both love Florida that we decided to buy our property in 2004. As it was a new build, we were able to hand pick all the the fixtures & fittings. We also designed the pool area & as we had small children knew what they would love. Hence the streamers & sprays plus the colour changing lights.

It would accommodate two families allowing them space & privacy. It was a new build & was not even built when we purchased it.
