Home features a large fenced yard, 3 levels finished large Gourmet kitchen, formal dining, 1/2 bath, mud room, large main floor family room w/fplc 60' flat screen Upper level master suite, king bed 50' flat screen master bath large tub, large shower, 2 sink vanity + walk-in closet. Additional 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and large closet 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and closet. full bath room. Fully supplied laundry room. Lower level features large family room with 50' flat screen bedroom with King bed, full bath. Out back features a outdoor patio with Weber charcoal grill for those great summer nights. Ridgedale Shopping center is 4 miles, downtown Mpls is 12 miles, Mall Of America 20 miles. 6TV & internet

First time ever doing a home rental instead of a hotel and all was perfect! House was clean, spacious and accommodating. So much more comfortable than being crammed into a hotel and the bonus of a nice kitchen and laundry room. All bedrooms, bathrooms and closets were nice size. Owners were great to deal with too!

We had a great stay at this wonderful property. Excellent location, close to Wayzata shops and restaurants. Very clean, nicely decorated, loved the provided snacks, coffee and beverages. Beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property. And thanks to Dede for being a great communicator.

100th birthday celebration

We enjoyed the house location. It was central to my aunts, uncle, and granmother. The family church was right across the street. We had the family .wet at the bkuse to celebrate my grandmothers 100th birthday. Thank you so much for this beautiful and amazing house. We will be back.

Excellent Trip

Wonderful experience management very accommodating. House clean and included snacks and drinks. Great back yard, we took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed the fall evening. So much room and comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!

Loved the house and the extras the owner provided! We were surprised to see the outdoor fireplace had wood, lighter fluid, and everything we needed for a bonfire. Appreciative of the thoughtfulness put into a comfortable and accommodating stay!

Beautiful Wayzata home

Colleauges/friends and I stayed at this property while in town for a work and event and we couldn't have been happier. The house was immaculate, very comfortable and an easy walk to restaurants. Dede was a great communicator and responsive host. We wpuld happily stay here again.

Memorable Time Had By All!

We had a group of six gals celebrating a 70th birthday. The house was neat and clean, the kitchen well-stocked in dishes and cookware, so we could cook in or bring in some items for meals. Lots of room for everything and everyone! Beautiful decor and a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill.The location is fabulous! A short walk to the lake and beach, with cute shops and a variety of casual and posh restaurants along the main drag. Communication with the manager was great and everything fell into place perfectly for our group. Couldn't have been better!

Perfect house

This house is spacious, clean, and in a great location. We would highly recommend this house. The host is very responsive and has added special touches for the guests. The house has everything you need and is a perfect place to stay.

Very comfortable but with all bedroom locations involving stairs, for some of the 78 year olds it’s a challenge. We plan on returning !!!!

Immaculate Home

This home was absolutely lovely, modern, new and super clean. Large enough for our family of 8 adults and an infant. Plenty of living space to hang out, large, well appointed kitchen, and an awesome backyard with fire pit, which we used one night. 4 bathrooms that were very nice! The host provided a drink fridge stocked with water and soda, and snacks upon our arrival. 1/4 mile to beach and super cute shopping area. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was!!
