Florence was absolutely lovely, and always responded very quickly. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything you would need including an airfryer, which was very handy. There was also some toiletries and complementary food and water. However some of the furnishings are a wee bit tired, but it didnt waste our holiday.

Perfect place for a peaceful relaxing break!

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here. It has a very peaceful vibe with a quiet pool area and is only a 5 minute walk to the sea front which has many bars and restaurants to choose from. It’s also free to park outside if you rent a car. The apartment is a bit dated but that didn’t really bother us, will definitely book again.

Lovely stay.

Property is ideal for a short or long stay as the facilities to self cater are all there. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The complex is only small and is very peaceful, not to far from the strip, beach and old town. Only downside was the water going off for periods of time, which was beyond the owners control.

Lovely little apartment, it has everything thst you could wish for, including a air fryer. The English TV is a plus, if you dont wish to go out out every evening. The kitchen could do with a little refurbishment, but still workable. The apartment over looks the pool, the pool is very deep for a little pool around 6ft deep.I found communication a little slow at timesThe drain pipes are old, so no loo roll, tampons down the toilet.

Quiet & relaxing stay

We stayed here for 11 days over Christmas, and were well pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance of the main strip with plenty of shops and restaurants. (About 8 mins walk) Florence called to the complex most days so was always available if there were any issues Would recommend.

Originally from Ireland, we have lived in Lanzarote for many years now and our own apartment is just across the street, so we are always on hand should you need anything. We are well travelled ourselves and my husband and I love to welcome new guests and share our local knowledge.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We try to keep our apartments as cosy and well equipped as possible - you´ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are in a quiet location but have the convenience of being just 600 meters away from the main avenida with all the shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. The more traditional old town is also just a short awalk away, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
