Great Stay!

We loved our 2 week stay at Villa Collina. The house is amazing, spacious and the pool wonderful. Simon was very responsive and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house it is beautiful itself and the location and the view are amazing. Unfortunately when we arrived the house was not properly cleaned and seemed to be in need of a deep cleaning that would have taken days. We notified the owner at the end of the vacation and were told they just recently changed the cleaning crew.

Thank you so much for your review and we're glad that you enjoyed your vacation. Regarding the cleaning, we had a different cleaner to our usual excellent individual who was unavailable on that particular day. The replacement cleaner proved less than ideal and will not not be used again. We wish that you'd let us know at the beginning of your stay so we could have tried to rectify things while you were there. We do hope you will visit Villa La Collina again.

The most incredible property!

The pictures simply cannot prepare you for the majestic views and incredible facilities that await at Villa La Collina, we were blown away. We were a group of friends traveling together, and this was our first time in Abruzzo. I think I can say confidently that location-wise you simply can't get any better - with beaches, enchanting little towns, mountains, and restaurants serving incredible (and very cheap!) food and wine within close proximity, ensuring there is no shortage of activities or wonderful places to eat, drink and be merry. Although I will say that a trip up to the Gran Sasso was probably my favourite day and well worth the 1.5 hour drive on semi-trecharous Italian roads to visit some beautiful mountain towns and do some hiking. The villa itself was spacious and had everything we needed, the gardens and landscaping were beautiful and the views and serenity were perfection. We spent a majority of our time by the pool, which had plenty of shade and lounge chairs. Of an evening, we would retire to the top terrace for aperitivo with a spectacular view of the valley basking in the golden sunset spread out in front of us. Absolutely magical. This is definitely a place I would love to return to, and one that I would highly recommend!

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick!

Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen die wir aufgrund des Inserats hatten. Sie ist von einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten umgeben, von der Terrasse aus sieht man das Meer! Der Pool ist größer als erwartet und der Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Liegen und Schirme sind genug vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und großzügig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vorallem die großzügige und überdachte Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt. Lediglich die Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen teilweise nicht frisch sondern eher wie schon länger im Schrank gelegen und entsprechend etwas muffelig. Wir haben die Bettwäsche und Handtücher einfach einmal durch die Waschmaschine gejagt und schon war das Thema erledigt. Die sehr große Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings hätte das Reinigungsteam an der ein oder anderen Stelle (Herd, Wasserkocher) besser sauber machen können vor unserer Anreise. Der Kontakt zu unserem Ansprechpartner Luigi vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt und auch der Vermieter selbst hat umgehend und ausführlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Zum Meer sind wir zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten gefahren - je nach Lage. Der nächste Ort ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und hat einige sehr schöne, leckere und günstige Restaurants. Supermärkte sind in max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumaussicht schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Pro: Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit einer traumhaften Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten Schöne klimatisierte Zimmer mit je einem Bad pro Zimmer. Sehr schöner Pool, ausreichend Schirme, Liegen bzw. Schattierungsmöglichkeiten. Schöner Garten mit Feigenbäumen, Granatapfelbaum und schönen Blumen. Auto gut verschlossen im Garten Contra: Für über 200 Euro Reinigungsgebühr erwarte ich top Sauberkeit. (Geschirr und Besteck war klebrig, die Auflagen für Stühle und Liegen hätten auch mal wieder eine Reinigung vertragen können) Gastherme musste mehrmals am Tag neu gestartet werden. Wenn ich ein Haus für 8 Personen vermiete erwarte ich eigentlich einen Topf in der Größe , dass ich für 8 Personen Spaghetti kochen kann. (Wir mussten die Spaghetti auf 3 mal abkochen) Es gab sehr viele Schnaken, Wespen und Hornissen

Ich glaube, unser Manager ist rausgegangen und hat einen neuen großen Spaghettitopf bereitgestellt, sobald er darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dass der ursprüngliche Topf fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr großzügiges Haus. Sehr schön eingerichtet, vielleicht zu viel „Kleinzeug“ in den Schubladen und Schränken. Eine wunderbare Aussicht, tolle Lage. Nur die Schnacken gingen auf die Nerven. Dafür kann der Besitzer nichts. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Komfortabler Urlaubstraum mit kleinen Abzügen

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaubszeit mit viel Komfort gehabt. Allerdings haben wir die Besitzer informiert, dass es perfekt gewesen wäre, wenn das Reinigungsteam gründlicher wäre. Das Gesamtpaket macht es aber rund. Geräumigkeit, Ausstattung und Umgebung kriegen eine klare Zehn von Zehn.

A Two Week August Stay at the Villa La Collina, Pescara Abruzzo

From the first moments of arriving at this wonderful villa we all knew we would have a super time. The views are glorious especially when sitting on the terrace in the afternoon as the sunlight shines across this huge bowl of a valley onto the ancient buildings of Citta Sant Angelo across the valley. The villa is beautifully appointed with everything one needs including plenty of beach towels and pool furniture and in the study shelves of books. We would just say prepare for lots of mosquitoes the garden is so green and lush there is no avoiding them. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards as wells as the owners orchards, it’s like living a dream. We have been home 3 days we want to go back.

Lieu idyllique

La villa était superbe avec tout confort. Le temps de réaction lors de problèmes était très rapide. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille.
