The villa is located in a very quiet area near Cala Tarida and the views are wonderful. The pool is large (5M X 10M),
The house has 2 parts, it is simple and comfortable.
In the main house there is a living room, dining room and a totally new open kitchen renovated in 2018, the double bedroom and the bathroom, which was renovated in 2012, are on the ground floor, upstairs there is another bedroom, in the tower, which has an oval bed (140x180).
The guest house is next to the main house and has two single beds, shower / toilet, and private terrace.
The house is at the end of a road and it is very quiet. The sunsets are spectacular.
There is an anti-theft alarm system.

I loved this place. It has such a traditional feel from the long dirt road , the wooden shutters the outside space and the first time you see the view is amazing .If you truly love the island you will love it .Rebeca is very helpful, check in / out easy. I would recommend hiring a car.Would very much like to stay again.

Splendid view, great pool and pool area

We had a great time. The house is very characteristic and the view is superb. The location is great and central but off the main road. With a car No problem. Great beaches nearby. Great host, good communication!

Charmante villa avec vue

Très bien accueilli, nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison isolée, avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et, au loin, la mer où se couche le soleil. Les après-midis au bord de la piscine sont délicieux.

Grossartige Unterkunft

Die Finca mit ihren Sonnenuntergängen ist fanstastisch, unglaublich schön, super gelegen uns wir würden sie sofort wieder nehmen!!....wir waren 4 Erwachsene und dafür ist die Finca superideal. 6 Erwachsene wäre platzmässig (Zimmer eher klein, wenig Kleiderverstaumöglichkeit, wenn man sie für 2 Wochen auspacken will....) vielleicht etwa knapp....4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ginge besser.... Einfach Traunhaft und sofort wieder!

Wat een heerlijk huis

Wooow wat een heerlijk huis is dit!! We gaan al 13 jaar naar Ibiza, dit deden we altijd in hotels, zodoende hebben we het hele eiland wel gezien! Maar nu zijn we voor het eerst met ons zoontje van 1,5 jaar naar Ibiza geweest.. daarom in een huis en niet in een hotel. Na veel zoeken op diverse pagina’s en contacten die we hadden op Ibiza zijn we uitgekomen op dit huis. De foto’s spraken ons erg aan en het contact met de eigenaar was ook goed volgens de site! En alles klopt, een compleet huis met alles er op en aan, van alle gemakken voorzien! Mocht er iets niet zijn of wat dan ook, Rebecca was altijd bereikbaar. De kamers werden goed schoongemaakt door vrolijke dames en het huis onderhouden door een vriendelijke man! Iedere avond hebben we mogen genieten van de zonsondergang, hebben heerlijk gezwommen en gebarbecued.. en wat een rust in de avond lekker stil! En het bezoek van buurthond lilly was ook erg gezellig.. kortom wij komen hier zeker weten terug! Hebben ons hier 16 dagen thuis gevoeld en maximaal genoten van Ibiza. Nogmaals dank Rebecca

Wunderbar

Dieses Haus war genau das was wir uns erhofft hatten. Ruhige Lage, gemütliche Atmosphäre und ein atemberaubender, unbezahlbarer Blick auf das Meer. Der Sonnenuntergang ist dort fantastisch. Das Haus hat eine Seele und das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anfahrt ist typisch für Ibiza. Es gibt zwar Nachbarn in der Nähe, trotzdem hat man das Gefühl komplett alleine zu sein. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool war größer als gedacht. Die ganze Anlage innen wie außen war sehr gepflegt. Reinigung von Haus, Pool und Garten erfolgte sehr diskret. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr herzlich. Kurz gesagt, es war so toll das wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wollen da wir uns in dieses Haus verliebt haben!

Prachtig uitzicht!!

Goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht. Aan alle details is gedacht. Alles aanwezig. Geen overbodige luxe. Villa in oude stijl. Weg ernaartoe is hobbelig en verlaten. Communicatie is goed. Kortom echt een aanrader.

wow Perfect paradise what it said on the tin was all correct

Arrived to find this lovely well maintained comfortable villa in the Hills of Ibiza . The views and the people were lovely especially the dog her name is lily. We will miss all of of it and hopefully go back again one year Anyone that stays at this property will be delighted with it 😁

Fabulous!

Property was lovely and it was perfect for us as we were a party of 4 adults and young baby (10 months). We had the freedom to enjoy ourselves without worrying about the baby's early schedule! Beautiful place and easy to get out and about in gorgeous Ibiza.

Great place to relax and unwind

The property is beautifully positioned down the end of an unpaved road, like many of the roads that lead to interesting places. Views are wonderful, sunsets spectacular. We were three generations, 9 month baby, parents and grandparents. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Sant Joseph great for stocking up on bits to eat and drink and share a tapas or three. Having a coffee filter machine, gadget to purée food for our grandson and a dishwasher made life easier. There were a few mosquitoes so remember your Mosquito spray or long trousers, sleeves in the evenings, all the beds did have mosquito nets over them though. There are plugs in the house for the liquid mosquito deterrents, easily purchased in supermarket. The property has organically grown as the beautifully written welcome booklet explains. Local water in not really potable, tastes salty. We would definitely stay here again. The upstairs room gets a lovely breeze at night, the doors open onto the roof top for early sun, not suitable for unsupervised children, no railings! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for getting away from everything while also being close to the best parts of Ibiza!!

Rebecca's Sant Josep place is highly recommended!! The location is absolutely amazing--about a ten-minute drive from the town of Sant Josep with the last kilometer down a dirt road. The place has very few neighbors and lots of privacy, peacefulness, quietness, and serenity. While it's by itself, it's conveniently close to Sant Josep for groceries/restaurants/etc. and about 20 minutes to most all the sights and stops on the western side of the island from Es Vedra to Punta Galera to San Rafael and everything in-between!! The actual place is perfect for five or so people and is very charming--has an older country vibe and is very comfortable. The outside area, including the pool and outdoor seating area, is perfect for hanging out and relaxing during the day and stargazing at night. And the outdoor shower--so nice to shower outside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. And the views of the Mediterranean to the west--they're absolutely stunning, completely captivating, and will steal your heart. My only complaint about the place is the views are so great you won't want to leave the place the whole time you're there :) And Rebecca is an absolute sweetheart--very responsive and accommodating with everything from booking the place to helping with things here and there :) Can't wait to visit again!!

View never gets boring!

Amazing house! Interior is perfectly clean and neat and has everything you need. The view is amazing and the sunsets are magical. Rebecca is very friendly and helpful. The house gets cleaned twice a week, which is nice when you’re with 4/5 people in this cosy house. Pool is perfect, big and has a nice sitting area. The only minus should be the road to get there, but with 4 people in a Volvo v40 it was ‘doable’ so no complaints from our end! We loved every minute of our holiday thanks to this amazing house.

Terrasse piscine avec vue absolument incroyable!

De retour pour la 2ème fois à Sa Fontessa pour un magnifique séjour de 2 semaines. La villa est bien entretenue, propre avec un passage pour le nettoyage est le changement des linges, 2 fois par semaine, la cuisine a été refaite cette année ,ce qui est un plus. Le plus de cette Villa est le calme et l'impression d'être seul au monde et la magnifique vu sur Cala Tarida, avec des couchés de soleil de rêve, car la terrasse piscine est axée ouest. La piscine est magnifique est très bien entretenue (passage du spécialiste 2x par semaine). Les points importants à noter sont : L'accès du dernier km ce fait par un chemin non goudronné, avec notre Fiat 500 de location aucun problème, avec une voiture sportive, il faut même pas y penser. La maison n'est pas climatisée ce qui peut parfois poser un problème en cas de très forte chaleur, lors de notre séjour de 14 jours en plein mois d’août, il y a eut 2 nuits vraiment trop chaude, mais surplace il y a des ventilateurs et n'hésitez pas à fermer les volets la journée avec les fenêtres ouvertes, il y a souvent une agréable brise de vent qui traverse la maison et la rafraîchit. Il y a aussi parfois des moustiques mais surplace il y a des moustiquaire et des diffuseurs anti-moustiques. Cette maison est typique, charmante avec un cachet 100% Ibizenco, je la recommande vivement, de plus Rebecca qui la gère est très sympathique et très réactive. Petit bonus gatronomiques, à 1.5 km de la Villa le Restaurant S'Espartar qui fait une des meilleures Paella de l’île (réservation fortement conseillée) et à 3km Le Restaurant Es Verges, qui fait des Pizzas incroyablement authentique, on se croirait à Naples. Pour nôtre part il est fort probable que nous y retournerons lors d'un de nos prochains séjour à Ibiza.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus. Es ist nicht perfekt (ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlen, z.B. ausreichend Ablageflächen im Bad), es ist nicht luxuriös (Pool und Leitungswasser sind salzig), aber es ist sehr charmant und sehr gemütlich und es hat diesen unfassbar tollen, majestätischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Badezimmer hat eine sehr gute Dusche, die Küche ist sehr neu. Zweimal pro Woche wird das Haus diskret gewischt und die Handtücher werden gewechselt. Auch der Pool wird regelmäßig kontrolliert. Auch das geschieht so diskret wie möglich. Danke dafür! Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Nachbarhäuser, von denen aus man aber absolut nicht gesehen/beobachtet werden kann. Man kann die Nachbarn aber entfernt hören. Ebenso die Straße in der Nähe, das hat uns aber zu keiner Zeit gestört. Rebecca ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und dabei sehr unaufdringlich. Danke! Der Preis für das Haus (und die Lage) ist zwar recht hoch, aber absolut im für Ibiza üblichen Rahmen. Wir können das Haus also empfehlen und sind uns sicher, dass es Stück für Stück, Jahr für Jahr noch weiter perfektioniert wird.

Waw What a view. The road is a bit bumpy but it is all worth the spectacular view. Everything is clean, such an authentic villa with nice elements.
