Nice place…

Lots of rules, no household cleaning supplies, and adjacent to Graf Construction which starts work early. Also, Wengen once was a town without motor vehicles but not it has plenty. Management is top notch.

Overall stay was great, beautiful views and location. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. Management was very responsive. We would stay here again, just think that are some important considerations for others:- we knew there was no elevator, but it is important to know there are 6 flights of stairs to take up. May be difficult for some people. Definitely was a struggle with suitcases.- No air conditioning (common in Switzerland) and no fans. Since the apartment is at the top of the building, it was definitely hot and stuffy in August and had trouble cooling even with all the doors and windows open. Also lots of bugs would get in to the unit with windows open at night since there aren't bug screens.

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. It’s true, there is no air conditioning in the apartment — in fact, there isn’t a single apartment in Wengen with air conditioning, as the mountain climate generally makes it unnecessary for most of the year. We’re sorry you felt it was warm during your August stay. We wish we had known you wanted fans — we are always readily available to our guests by email, WhatsApp, or in person at our office, and would have been very happy to deliver fans to you at any time during your stay. Regarding the windows, you are right that there are no bug screens — this is normal in Switzerland. Most windows do not have screens, and most people sleep with their windows open throughout the year. Bugs have not been an issue for us in the past, but we’re sorry this was an inconvenience for you. Thank you again for being our guest and for sharing your feedback. If you ever stay with us again and need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to ask — we’ll be glad to help. We’re so pleased your stay was great overall, and that you were able to enjoy the beautiful views and wonderful location.

Great vacation

Our family totally enjoyed our stay in Wengen. The chalet was perfect and Properly Manager Julie Doyle went out of her way to make our visit special.

Great

We spent 4 nights in Chalet Schneehoren for ski vacation. The apartment is spacious , modern, very well equipped . The best part was the stunning view over the Jungfrau and the village. Julie from Wengen Apartments was very helpful from the moment we booked till the end of our stay.
