Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The view from the balcony is exceptional with lots to see. Ideal for boat trips long walks and also lovely restaurants. The pool is lovely. Small shop very close by for all your essentials. The host is just at the end of a text message and answers all your questions. We will definitely be returning but won’t bother hiring a car as taxis and buses are so easy to come by and very reasonably priced.

A lovely, clean, quiet property (which is what I needed) in the old town Puerto Del Carmen by the harbour with a breathtaking sea view complete with all you needed and more. Vince the owner was warm, very quick in response and did all he could to accommodate with what he can. Truly recommend this studio for a solo or couple travellers!

Just returned from a 12 day stay. Room was very clean and Vince’s responses to any help we required was always very quick. Pool was mostly quiet and sun beds always available. There are no parasols but I’m sure if you asked in advance this could be sorted out for you. Spacious balcony but the star of the show was the view over the harbour - unbelievable. Will definitely return to this apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We could not fault our stay. The location is superb with a lovely balcony for watching the marina and people walking to/from the steps to Puerto Calero. The air con in the bedroom was very effective and very much needed. The kitchen isn’t one for too much cooking as it is a hob only but we mostly eat out anyway so it provided everything we needed for breakfast or a light - Toaster, kettle & Nespresso machine. We will definitely look to rebook for a future stay.

Perfect location with a stunning harbour view & a very well-furnished balcony which gets sun all day long. We spent many a relaxing day and evening sat out there!Very clean and fully equipped apartment with a lovely quiet pool which has recently been refurbished.Fantastic quick communication from Vince who was really helpful.We will definitely be coming back to this great apartment…absolutely love it!

Vince was a great host. Accommodation exactly as described clean all amenities you need fora comfortable stay. Location was excellent for us close to bars,restaurants,entertainment and a local supermarket. Wonderful view of harbour from balcony that gets the sun all day look forward to staying again on my future visits.

Great Holiday

Stayed at this apartment before always had a great time. Had another great holiday for three weeks, already booked to go back next year. Great places to eat not too far away and a local supermarket.
