This luxurious private Palm Desert Casita is centrally located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping centers, hiking trails, and a 70-acre park. Guests also have their own private entrance to gated backyard, free parking, access to the salt system and lights changing colors pool and spa.

Quiet and Relaxing!

It was a bit awkward with someone living in the main house but we knew that going into it and we barely knew they were there. I was an inviting place, everything was clean, and the pool and spa were great!

Hot tub was a great perk. Great outdoor casual area to enjoy and relax. November...pool too cold to swim in. Clean. Safe. Quiet. Owner allowed access to washer and dryer since our stay was 10+ days. (Notes; no oven, no dishwasher, limited TV channels.

You've found a great place in the sun!

The Casita is a great place to stay. It's the brand new, right size, and well equipped! The bed is comfortable, the bath is great! Coded access to the gate and door are excellent. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. I was happy that the private pool area got great sun in the winter and luckily the weather was sunny and warm during the whole winter week. This is a great place to soak up the sun! Neil is a great host! The location is very good, just a couple blocks off Highway 111, near all sorts of stores and restaurants- less than 30 min drive to PSP. Look forward to staying again when I get back to Palm Desert!

Desert Retreat

We didn't want to leave! Neil was was the perfect host. Always available and accommodating. The Casita was exactly as pictured and described. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is so close to shops restaurants etc, and yet it was super quiet even on the weekdays. We will definitely be visiting again.!

Nice, private, and quiet

I had a great weekend away at this Casita, I arrived to a very clean and well air conditioned place exactly as advertised. I work in swimming pools and know a quality pool when I see one, I was very impressed with mini pebble finish,the baja and how the water was very clear and chemically balanced! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick weekend away for a reasonable price.
