Enjoyable Getaway

Loved the large kitchen that was well equipped. Our favorite place was the patio out back to sit and relax.

Twisp cabin with great location

comfortable cabin within walking distance to all Twisp has to offer; restaurants, shops, bakery. The cabin was clean and perfect for our ski vacation. We will certainly recommend to others!

Wonderful Home is a perfect spot

This house was a perfect home for our family, short walks to all the great spots in Twisp. Short drives to Mazama, Winthrop and surrounding areas. The house has plenty of space, great kitchen for cooking and it was even great for our dog!

Methow valley ski trip

We stayed over New Year's eve and had a wonderful time cross country skiing! Lots of space for our family of 4 and dog :)

Great, well appointed comfortable stay

Highly recommend this small house is Twisp. Great location, walkable to coffee, groceries, and bakery. Warm, clean, comfortable well-appointed interior and very nice fenced yard for relaxing and playing in kids / dog in a safe place. One small thing to be aware of: the internet is fine to stay connected, but too slow to reliably run zoom meetings - so might not be the best spot to "work from home" if you need to do a lot of meetings.

Disappointed

This place is ok if you are staying in the area. The couch in the pictures is not what was there. We had to sit on a scratched up couch that had duct tape covering up the worst part. It belongs in a dumpster. After our stay I let the owner know and I was informed the new couch was coming on Saturday. Great for the next renter. We should have been offered a discount before our stay considering that or given a refund of some type. Also overpriced.

Home Away From Home

This is our second stay at the house in Twisp. Highlights for us include the fenced yard, which is beautifully landscaped, the kitchen and dining area for family meals, and the location. It's walkable to everything Twisp has to offer. It's our home away from home while in the Methow Valley!

Methow Adventures

We really enjoyed this house. The fenced in yard with beautiful flowers and trees was a bonus. The house was everything that was expected and we hope to be back again soon.

Came back, will stay here again

We stayed here last week, had to leave for the weekend (rented out), returned for this week. See our last review. Came to ski and do everything Methow as well as visit with local family. Everything works, even the coffee maker, DVD, cable & WiFi. Well cared for home. Owner has a family member down the street to answer any concerns.

Everything described, and more...

Great house! Would be comfortable for family of 6. As a couple we stayed here because it is the best locally and near family. Beautiful inside. Well maintained. Owner lives nearby, immediately responsive. We were here for a week, had to leave for the weekend (rented to others) and returned for the 2nd week. Feels like home, nicely cleaned on time. THis place is everkything described, and more.

Clean little house

This was a clean little house that had all the things we needed. The water pressure in the shower is decent. The beds were all too soft for our liking though.

Thanksgiving 2021

This property has a fenced in area, very well equipped kitchen, nice appliances, big dining room, plenty of room for six adults. It is located within walking distance to the town. You do have to cross the highway, but there is a crosswalk and wasn’t a problem. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place

I am reluctant to give such a rave review excuse we don’t want this place to be so popular, we can’t stay there again. Just kidding. We love Twisp. Our daughter and son in law moved out there and we helped them move in July. This visit in November, we came out to meet our new granddaughter and needless to say, wanted to give them a little space because of no sleep. We had wanted to stay at Twisp River Suites but apparently, November is the in-between season and it closed down for maintenance, etc. for the month. To our advantage, we found this property. This property is obviously well cared for and well equipped. The son of the owners is there if there is an issue, which there wasn’t. Location: Directly across from Twisp River Suites and walkable to everything. The house has great heat, we were very cozy, privacy blinds and everything you would ever need or want in the kitchen. We opened up a big cabinet in the kitchen and it was full of great cookbooks and lots of games. The owners were always responsive to any inquiries and worked with us on the dates, we were coming from NC and travel. was a little hard to arrange. Thank you for that. Please also go across the street to the Twisp River Taproom. They have a new chef/menu and it was delicious. Good beer selections and customer service. People in Twisp are so nice and really loved being in the heart of things. Also, we had no qualms with setting a blanket on the floor for our month old granddaughter to wiggle on, because the house was very clean. Added bonus was snow but not too much. Great place to stay, great people to deal with and location was perfect for us.

Location for it all

Walk to morning coffee and cinnamon rolls. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, sharp knives, plenty of pots, pans, baking implements, even a food processor. Easy access to ski, shops, river, ice rink - we had a blast and will be back.

Great location in town

Stayed here for four days while skiing in the area. Property everything as described. Kitchen is good sized for a large family. Plenty of great restaurants in Twisp to order food from.

A lovely home in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked, the home very comfortable and the natural beauty of the surrounding Twisp area was unbelievable! We already want to go back. Communication with owner was also very easy.

Nice quiet getaway

The house in Twisp was perfect for our group of 5 who wanted a quiet place to go in the Methow for a couple of days. The house was well-appointed, especially the kitchen, and the room configuration worked well with 3 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other two with twins). The gas fireplace wasn’t working and the property manager tried to get it going but was unsuccessful. The house was still warm and cozy without it though. We loved being able to walk to the little downtown of Twisp so easily, especially the bakery! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience renting this house and would recommend it!
