What a beautiful area, it was a great getaway from everyday life. Warm fire for cold nights warmed the entire place up.Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central place that feels so remote but still so close. Easy to book and comms with the host was pleasant with quick response times.

This property was peaceful and ideal for 2 elderly ladies with small dogs. All electrical equipment was up to date. There was no wifi which may not suit all but was a very minor issue for us.

Lovely clean cottage with fireplace, perfect for families. Backyard contained, has swings to play on and safe for young kids. Plenty of trails around to wander, had a kangaroo visit one morning also.

Brilliant stay! The cabin is beautifully set up and was perfect for both of our families with young kids. Dog friendly too which was a huge plus. We absolutely loved it!

It was clean, but the cottage is quite old so don't expect modern clean lines. The property is pet friendly, but there is no access to the secure backyard which is a bit strange. I felt like the lack of linen was a shame, I would usually expect that to be included for the price. Plenty of firewood provided, but no firelighters, just some newspaper. I will say that the kitchen is very well provided for. Having things like salt, pepper, tin foil, cling wrap etc provided is so helpful.

Very pet friendly

Had a great stay. Good location, peaceful and great for us and our 2 dogs. Easygoing host, comfortable house. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Spacious, cosy and well appointed

Great contact with host who was attentive and helpful. The best equipped chalet we have experienced and restful location. We enjoyed the log fire and ambience.

Wonderful stay

Property was set in woodland close to Smith’s beach and Dunsborough. Quiet and dog friendly with everything that was needed. Would definitely recommend.
