We stayed at Bev’s for 10 days and had a wonderful time. This was our third stay, and we continue to return for the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and Bev’s warm hospitality. We were in town to visit our son at the University of Oregon and enjoy all that Eugene has to offer. During our stay, we explored local restaurants, enjoyed walks along the river, and attended several sporting events. While the property is about a 25-minute drive from campus, we find it well worth it for the comfortable accommodations, tranquil setting, and welcoming atmosphere. We have always enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

The views were stunning. Loved morning views from deck. Bev was amazing and accommodating with our check in. She even left us fresh eggs from her hens in the fridge! Comfortable and absolutely lovely space! Can’t wait to return!!!

Overall, we loved our stay. Beautiful, quiet, cozy, private with FRESH EGGS….everything was great. My only complaint is that the mattress could use an upgrade. And since I’m old enough to really care about my sleep quality, I have to take some points off for the mattress. Otherwise a perfect spot!

We had a delightful visit. We took walks on the property, ate fresh eggs, enjoyed all the flora and fauna (including a calypso orchid in the woods). It is close to Eugene where our daughter is, but still in the country. Bev is a delightful hostess.

We truly enjoyed our stay while in town for the marathon. Bev was exceptionally friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very nice, and the pullout couch turned into a surprisingly comfortable bed—three of us were able to relax together and watch movies on it. Everything was well furnished and fully stocked, and we especially appreciated having Keurig coffee in the mornings in such a peaceful setting. The bedroom bed was also very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Fantastic out of town but close to town

Bev was superb. The lodgings were superb. We enjoyed the focused host experience and the out of the way (but not far away) experience for quiet and peaceful lodgings!

Such a pleasant stay at the villa. Beautiful property and lovely hosts. If relaxation is what you seek, this is the place to be. Also enjoyed a walk on the hiking trail through the oak savannah.
