Location! Location! Location! This is house is walking distance to both South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach. It is located in a quiet side neighborhood that is great for walking and bike riding.

I live in Plymouth with easy access to the cape should you need anything. Other than that I will not be at the property during your stay.

Location, Location, Location. My place is just .05 miles to a number of Dennis public beaches. I am also within a mile to some of the most popular bars and restaurants in Dennis.

You have full access to the entire house.

You are within a mile or less to some of the best bars and restaurants in Dennis including The Sand Bar, The Sand Dollar, Cleat and Anchor, Chapin's, Light House Inn, Red Nun, Sun Dancers, Pelham House, Ocean House, etc. Lots of ice cream parlors, candy stores, kayak and boat rentals, mini golf, bumper cars, batting cages, arcades and family activities within less than a 10 minute drive of the house.

If you get a weekly beach sticker you have access to all 16 public beaches in Dennis including Mayflower Beach. Purchasing of beach stickers can be done online at the town of Dennis prior to your arrival.

Kitchen: It is wide open to the living area with a spacious eat in island. All stainless steel appliances. It has plenty of cookware and dishes. Also has a flex-brew coffee maker to allow for drip or Kcups.

Dining/Living Room: 65 inch HDTV. There is also high speed wireless internet and streaming services available. You can connect wirelessly to the Sonos speakers and play music throughout the entire living area. In the colder months there is a working fireplace in the living room.

Sunroom: The large sun room features 6 sliding doors that can all be opened to feel a cool summers breeze. There is an HDTV, Foosball table, Poker Table, Bumper Pool table, and a Pull out Sleeper sofa.

Porch/Outdoor Area: The large outdoor porch backs up to the dinning room. For those that want to eat outside it has a dinning table for 6. It also features a gas fire pit area with outdoor seating. After a long day at the beach feel free to rinse off in the large outdoor shower off the backside of the house. I have an assortment of lawn games and a gas grill available for you to use as well. Hot tub is also available year round.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king size bed and has its own full master bath. It also includes an HDTV streaming services available. The second bedroom has (2) Full Beds. The third bedroom has (2) twin over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have an HDTV available.

Bathrooms: (2) Full baths and an outdoor shower.

You can get weekly beach passes for $99.00 at the town office. Before Memorial and after Labor day parking is free at all public beaches. Pets are also allowed on town beaches in the off season.
