"Villa Maria" - Privacy 120 m from the sea

Our house Villa Maria is situated at peaceful location in Šilo, with sea view, and 250 m from the beach.
The house is surrounded with 750 m2 of private garden , including private garage and parking yard for your car. It has two outdoor terraces in shade, equipped with table and chairs and a built-in fireplace to grill in the garden.
It is ideal choice for a family that wants to feel the beauty of the Adriatic Sea in the way we feel it, who are born here.
Air distance from the sea is 120 m.

The space
The first floor, 64 m2, consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In each bedroom is one king bed .
From the living room, there is the exit to the balcony terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs.
On the ground floor, 38 m2, there is another kitchen with living room( sofa bed) and bathroom.
In front of the ground floor there is a covered terrace, in shade, with barbecue.
Guest access
Ground floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase.
Full object and garden are at guests disposal.
In the main season, the facility is preferably booked on a weekly basis, but other arrangements are also possible.
