Our place is as close to Oklahoma City as any resort on the Oklahoma side of Texoma! Just 2 hours away!
Spacious two-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath home in the quiet Sherwood Shores addition. 4 blocks from Sherwood Shores Beach. Full kitchen, 2-car carport, large outdoor fireplace, washer/ dryer. Patio with BBQ grille plus a screened in front porch. Two HDTVs with DVD players and nice selection of family-friendly movies.

**** NO cable. NO phone. NO wi-fi.**** VRBO often automatically checks "WiFi" under amenities. It is a glitch in their system they have been unable to correct. Please disregard if WiFi is checked.

Two queen beds, full bed and twin bed, plus full-size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 or up to 8 for additional fee. Not wheelchair accessible. Shady corner lot with large oak and pine trees. Minutes from Cedar Mills Marina, Cedar Bayou Marina and Juniper Point Recreation Area. Boat ramps, boat slips, pontoon boat rentals (Cedar Bayou Marina), canoe and kayak rentals and fishing guide services all available nearby. New MegaStar Casino just across bridge on Oklahoma side. For your convenience, up to 4 kayaks are available for rent at this property for very reasonable rates.

Perfect house close to the lake for a weekend getaway!! It fit our group perfectly. The house had everything we needed for our stay! Very easy communication with the owners.The owners are very nice. Will definitely be booking again!

New Years Lake Stay

Our stay was great as usual. My wife and I stayed here a little while back and really enjoyed the home. So we came back. Great lake cabin feel. Well stocked with the everyday essentials. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you Jim!

Quick fishing trip

My son, husband and I took a trip to the area to fish since the weather report was ok for the winter. This house was comfortable and well stocked. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was nice and we used the grill twice for our dinner. The enjoyed our stay.

Rustic stay

The house is located right up the street from a little park that has little beach areas on the lake. The pictures on VRBO are probably from awhile ago...but, the beds are clean and comfortable. There was a bug problem in the cabinets were the dishes are kept so we didn't use them. Overall, the house worked well for our weekend.

We regret this guest found an issue with insects. We have an exterminator treat regularly and had just completed their quarterly treatment. Sometimes dead bugs are found immediately after the treatments. We encourage our guests to report any issues DURING their stay rather than afterwards so that we have an opportunity to address them.

Labor Day weekend

The location of the house was a bit challenging towing our 27’ boat with a big truck, but we managed. The house was accommodating and clean. The property owner was very nice and notified us immediately after booking the wrong property. Good thing we communicated beforehand of our plans and vehicles. Needless to say he helped us through the refund process and booking the right property. The marina was a couple miles away to launch your boat, rent a slip and dinning. It was a great time with friends!

Very nice!

Great get-away weekend for the girls. The cabin was clean and well stocked. A short walk from the lake, and close to nearby marinas. We took advantage of the outdoor fire pit and wood pile. Only drawback was the VCR. We found it in a box under the TV, but it wasn't connected and we didn't feel like trying to figure it out. It was Saturday night when we discovered this so we didn't contact the owner. I'm sure he would have set it up for us if we asked. If coming to this area we would rent here again.

We always encourage our guests to call us immediately if they run into a problem! Many issues come from just misunderstanding. There is a Blu-Ray DVD player on the shelf directly under the TV, hooked up and ready to go. The guests just overlooked it. A quick phone call would have cleared this up! The DVD player our guests found in a box was just being stored in preparation to go into another property. I am sorry this caused confusion. This property actually has two TVs in separate rooms, each equipped with a DVD player and a large selection of movies.

Perfect place to stay. Exceptional quality. Host is awesome and communicates quickly and will take care of any problems. Patio area is so quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax. Will definitely book again
