Enjoy a well dissevered family getaway at the Wyndham Patriots’ Place resort situated about a mile from Williamsburg’s historical area, and enjoy pools, basketball, playgrounds, picnic area with bbq grills and more. Just in time for spring, a new whirlpool is scheduled for completion by March 2020.

With such famous "William & Mary" events that will keeping you coming back year round, there is no shortage of activities only minutes away; wine/brewery tours, mystery/haunted dinner, opera house, historical Williamsburg tours or Yorktown beaches with its tours, shopping and restaurants only 20 minutes up the road.

Great place, great location

This was a great place for visiting William & Mary. Close to campus, restaurants, and grocery stores. We picked up food and snacks at Earth Fare.

Spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our first visit to Williamsburg. It was a large and comfortable space close to everything.

Nice place

I didn’t know what to expect because sometimes picture online aren’t the same as when you arrive. I must say we loved this place and would come back. The community was nice and relaxing. Five stars from our family.

Nice, spacious condo conveniently located. It gets very crowded in the summer.

This is a great property, especially for kids. The pool and check in line gets very crowded in the summer. The arcade is free! Short drive to colonial Williamsburg, outlets, and Busch gardens. Your kings gate wrist band provides discounts at some places. The Jose Tequilas down the street is quite good.

Short vacation

We decided to stay in williamsburg for a needed vacation. The place was nice and offered our daughter a good deal of privacy. The location is close to many things that visitors will enjoy.

Excellent Property!!!

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week. The property was amazing and the staff went out of their way to assist us when the fire alarm kept going off...they had the issue handled in no time at all!!!

Fantastic time

We had an issue at check-in, where the property management didn’t have our names available. Took an extra hour but the owner resolved it; offered to pay for our breakfast to make amends for the time we lost! Everything else about the property was fine - we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room since there was so much outside to see.

Spacious and immaculate

We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds with the fountains and trees. Felt like a little neighborhood, not like an apartment complex. We were just sorry that it was too hot to enjoy the s'mores in the evening. The unit itself was very clean and we were surprised by house nice it was and the quality of the kitchen accessories. Will definitely return!

Beautiful property but watch out, the walls are thin

Beautiful property. My family totally enjoyed the time there with picnic areas to enjoy. But the walls are pretty thin - you can hear others walking over your head.

Better than a typical hotel room for a family vaca! Good location.

We were really looking forward to Williamsburg, but were less than impressed by some of the accommodations I was seeing online (outdated, pricey, one room). This was a great choice for traveling with two kids. The rooms were clean, appliances like new, and gave us plenty of room to unwind at the end of a busy day. The location was GREAT! Close to downtown Williamsburg and only about 10 minutes to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Jamestown Settlement was not much further. It was convenient to be located close to the Williamsburg downtown area because we could easily run in each evening to shop, stroll or eat. There were lots of good places to eat on the main road in front of the condo too. The condo was QUIET! There was even some construction out behind the unit which was initially concerning, but we did not hear them at all which was amazing. The community pool was nice. The unit was actually two units with adjoining doors so there was plenty of space ... ALTHOUGH TAKE NOTE, it would have been better if the listing told you which rooms had which size & type of beds. It said sleeps 8, but 4 of those people would have to be on pull-out sofas not beds. There were two bedrooms with one queen (or full?) size bed in each. Plus two living rooms with a pull-out sofa in each. It was managed by Wyndham hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was easy, it was clean when we arrived and we didn't have to do cleaning when we left. Kind of the best blend of private owner rental and hotel convenience. I would recommend this to friends & family looking to stay in Williamsburg.

Pleasantly Surprised

I have been underwhelmed by timeshare units I've stayed in when visiting Williamsburg in the past but was pleasantly surprised by the units. I expected a single unit with two bedrooms but we received one large unit with a lock-off that had its own kitchenette, living room and dining area. My son had a "wing" to himself ;) The large unit was fully stocked (no need to bring your own paper goods and detergents), included a washer and dryer, a patio off of the bedroom, and to my delight, a wood burning fireplace. The units were clean and well maintained. The grounds are nice with a quiet, wooded residential feel rather than a bustling, overdesigned resort. The owner was very kind and responsive. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great casual and relaxing location!

We wanted a property that we could just put our feet up and relax, and we found it! This place is beautiful, relaxing, and professionally run. My wife and I truly appreciated and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
