Everything about Sand Lake House is unquestionably 5 Stars. Check in and out, communication with Stephen and cleanliness all excellent. The house is really well equipped with many little extras to make a wonderful stay. Our group consisted of grandparents, parents and teenager. Everyone had a great time with lots to keep all of us happy. The position, of course, is superb with gorgeous views, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding from the front lawn and jetty. A fabulous place to spend some time, highly recommended.

Absolutely the most amazing holiday house, superb location, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and maintained. The location was perfect, waterfront with jetty and so peaceful and tranquil. We have already booked a return visit. The power was extremely helpful and friendly.Just love Sand Lake House 10/10

Amazing location and a perfect weekend getaway

We stayed with 3 other friends and their kids over the weekend, the location and the house is just fantastic, it’s one of those park your car and forget kinda holiday where we had plenty to do at the house for kids and grown ups alike. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a getaway with a group of friends or family.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful house with everything we needed. Highlight for us was being on the waterfront, and watching the sunsets, table tennis and pool, and the friendly ducks who came to visit every day! Thank you Stephen for the stay. We hope we can visit again!

Weekend away

The house was great, plenty of activities to keep us occupied. A nice spacious home and was very clean and tidy. We had a lovely relaxing weekend. The hosts kept us well informed.

Perfect location for family vacation

Great stay. The house was in a fab location and very well equipped with all the things you need. The house was very well maintained and clean. The outdoor area is very well set up with a decent bbq we spent lots of time outside enjoying the view. The week went way too fast would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, very clean and fits description as per pictures and details. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately no aircon in lower bedrooms, although not really an issue and property had everything we needed.

Very Relaxing

Thank you for another great stay. We stayed here last year with family and returned this year and the place was clean, plenty to do and very relaxing. Stephen was great with communicating with me and we had a great weekend away. Thank you for an amazing stay at the Lakehouse yet again.

It is a good place for two big family members. We loved outdoor fireplaces.But we looked few cockroaches and kitchen was not clean.

Family Break

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy no matter the weather. Great kitchen with everything needed. Bedrooms were wonderful and one family member commented the best bed she has ever had. Hope to come back soon!

Fantastic property

Stephen was very accommodating and easy to contact. The property has everything needed for a little getaway. Jetty in the backyard and the firepit were highlights, the pool table was a bonus. Ample space and beds. Would recommend this place :)

Great stay for two families with ski boat

This property is a great find. Whilst there’s not much in mannering park the house has everything. From the paddle board and kayaks to the table tennis and pool tables. The fire pit, the constant views, the well equipped kitchen and c comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with everything you need!

We stayed over the June long weekend with 4 couples and 2 children. The property is perfectly placed and very well equipped. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and we loved the little touches they have added! Sunsets are amazing and the jetty provided a perfect back drop for afternoons of fishing and sitting in the sun enjoying a drink or two. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away!

Amazing house

This house is located perfectly. It is a place were you can just unpack your bag and relax. The house is clean and spacious with plenty of activities for everyone. Stephen was very helpful and communicated quickly for enquires. We will definitely be back.

Had an awesome three day getaway with my family. Beautiful clean home with all its amenities,and amazing view. The weather was amazing we also took our boat we had a great time.
