Wonderful affordable family accomodation. Space for bikes, surf boards, and hosing down wetsuits this charming unit is perfect for a relaxed beach stay. Incredibly convenient location, a short walk to the supermarket, beach, and restaurants. We have booked again for next year already, many thanks for having us!

Great communication and very clean, it also had everything you need if wanting to cook for yourself, very well equiped kitchen. This property is older but we loved it.

Location, location, location!

We love this unit for our summer family holiday! It’s old school but clean and wonderfully located only a short walk to the beach, park, supermarket and lots of lovely eatery’s. Thanks for having us stay, looking forward to coming back next summer already.

This unit is easy to settle into, comfortable and within an easy stroll of the beautiful beaches, cafe strip and trendy shops. Lovely!

Avalon Airshow

Came from Adelaide for 2 nights and this place was all that was left. A very quiet location and lovely 2 bed unit. It had everything we needed and easy to get to the local shops. Very comfortable and clean unit. Highly recommended and we will absolutely be back again.

Great location in Torquay

Comfortable unit, quiet area and walking distance to town centre perfect for my needs. Joy (owner) made 2 courtesy calls just to make sure I was aware of what I needed to take to the unit re towels etc. Would recommend.

Perfect location.

Neat little unit a very short stroll from the main beach. Very clean and well organised. Amenities very basic but all function well. Joy was very helpful.

Neat and tidy

I classic original retro duplex complete with its original trappings and funky paisley carpets. Accommodation was very clean neat and tidy and served its purpose for a few days well. Close to shops and beach. Great central location.

Very well kept unit, very central at a great price

Thanks for having us for the long weekend. This was perfect for our family of 4. Simple, homely & well looked after, it reminded me of my nana’s house :) It’s quiet, with great access to the beach & cafes. Joy was very friendly & gave clear explanations for access, amenities.
