The cottage was all it claimed to be. The location was good, with the sound of the creek in the background. Hill End is a "serenity" place for me - I wasn't disappointed in our accommodation.

Loved Carla and Freds cottage. The garden and bush setting with a creek side was very beautiful. The cottage is close to Hillend and other surrounds. The trip in via the bridal track was spectacular. What scenery. The townsfolk are very welcoming as to Carla anf Fred.

This is our second visit to Carla's Cottage and once again we had a wonderful time. You truly feel welcomed! A cosy cottage, open fire, surrounded by nature and everything you need is there! We look forward to visiting again!

Great place to relax and unwind

Beautiful tranquil location . We loved waking up in this relaxing location , watching the abundant bird life and listening to the tranquil stream . Look forward to returning to this lovely cosey cottage.

A little slice of heaven!

Beautiful location. Our dogs also loved staying in these lovely surrounds. Plenty of exploring to do without interruption from the outside world.

Perfect size cottage for 3-4 people. Didn't feel crowded. Open fireplace was so relaxing, as was the stream & nature around. Our dog loved it!

Weekend getaway

Carla's Cottage was perfect for a lovely quiet weekend to just relax. The property was lovely ,peacefuland the beautiful little creek right outside the door was delightful. Carla was very quick in responding and helpful and inviting on our arrival

A lovely little bush cabin next to a pretty little creek. Set away from a very quiet road, this is an ideal spot to unwind and watch the abundant wildlife.

Beautiful cottage and location

My partner and I had the most relaxing time in this off the grid cottage. Lots of nice little touches. Would recommend for anyone who wants to disconnect for a few days.

Very comfortable relaxing stay plenty of wild life even saw platypuses in the creek right outside the cabin .only thing i would have liked was a outside fire pit to sit around.i would go agian.even got some nice flakes of gold.

Spontaneous weekend away

Beautiful little rustic cottage but so well designed with all the mod cons. Loved being disconnected from the world but so connected to nature! Carla was lovely and truly made us feel welcome. Great location to explore Mudgee, Gulgong and Hill End. Highly recommend it!
