Peter was a delight to engage with!The property was perfect for us and our adult son, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Right in the heart of the best of dining that Melbourne has to offer.We will definitely be staying again and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Great location in CBD

Great apartment on Flinders Lane. Walking distance to everything in Melbourne and easy access to trams and trains to go further afield. Peter was easily contacted and hand over of keys to apartment was a smooth operation. Big enough for 4adults and comfortable.

Great Location and space

Thank you Peter, your apartment was great. We had fantastic time being in the centre of the buzz, that is Melbourne. Everything literally at our doorstep. Shops one way and river the other way. Bed and linens very comfortable and apartment spacious and well appointed. Communication with Peter easy and he was very responsive to queries. Great information folder in apartment of what to do in local area and greater area of Melbourne. We will definitely stay again and will recommend to others. Cheers T

Great location- but needs air con

The location was fantastic. The size of the apartment great. Everything you need in apartment. Air con is one porta cooler in the Lounge room. This broke down on Christmas Eve. Sweltering! These things need regular maintenance. Need to invest in split system or even put fans in room. Melbourne does get hot in summer so this is a must.

If you want peace and quiet, you won't get it here

While the location of the apartment was central and ideal overall we were disappointed with the apartment. Just little things like the blind on one window being broken so the apartment was always half in darkness, to the appallingly creaky floor boards, the hair and washing powder all over the bathroom floor when we arrived, the broken shower door, food crumbs on the sheets in the fold out bed (not our crumbs!) And it was so noisy! We could hear people all around us flushing their toilets (twice each night was just too much to bear) to walking on their own creaky floor boards. Plus, although wifi was advertised as available it never was, even after we contacted management about it. Made it difficult for us confirming appointments, forward bookings etc. We had a good time in the city but I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Melbourne

We had a fantastic stay in this Two Bed & Two Bath Room Apartment. Every thing was clean & tidy. I would recommended to stay here, the owners were very helpfull as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have travelled for business regularly over the past 15 years and this was the worst stay I have ever had. The rooms were absolutely tiny and the bathroom had a large pole in the middle making it even smaller. The bathroom was filthy with mould all over the bathroom and shower, cracked tiles and paint stripping off. The bed and pillows were also extremely hard. The worst thing however was the noise outside. The location is what attracted me to this apartment but we had shocking construction noise in the alley outside all night. The windows and walls are so thin that you could not sleep and we even had to raide our voices to hear each other talk. I rang the owner to see if we could check out a day earlier given the circumstances and he couldn't have been less helpful and refused to give a refund. I asked him to see what he could do and call us back later in the day and never heard from him again. We checked out and stayed at a lovely apartment elsewhere. Please do not be fooled by the location of this hotel. Unfortunately, it is all it has going for it.

The apartment was not what I understood the bedding configuration to be however it was comfortable, great location.....it does need a good clean and also in the main bathroom there is a terrible offensive smell coming from the Bathroom bath & sink.

Had a fantastic time in Melbourne. Flinders Apartment is right in the city - no need for a rental car. Step out the front door and the best cafes/restaurants are just around the corner (so close to the theatre too!). Peter was very accommodating in regards to storing luggage too which was very helpful. Would highly recommend your property to family and friends. Many thanks!

Location is the best and security very good. The heaters make it very cosy and beds and couches comfy. "This unit was more than we expected when we visited Melbourne recently. It was very clean plus having two bath rooms was excellent. Every part of inner Melbourne is within walking distance of the unit and Degraves street is only 1 minutes walk for Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner. Flinders Street Station 2 minutes walk away as well. No problem with walking late at night. The beds were great with good pillows. Dealing with the owner was excellent and helpful plus having a late check out of 2.00 pm was great.
