This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway!!Being right on the water, we got to see some amazing sunsets & wild life and even caught a fish.. the host John is so friendly and feels like family..The place itself is exactly what we needed. We took our little dog with us and John’s dog was great with her. We highly recommend and we will definitely be going back..

John is a very amenable and personable Host who ensured all facets of our brief stay were trouble free and very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his waterfront unit, gazebo, private jetty and boat ramp made for the perfect, relaxing and very quiet getaway. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

2nd time stay, such a great location

This was the second time I stayed at John's accomodation, directly at the lake. Love it there, so quiet and beautiful. Can highly recommend for a getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Island Point Getaway! Waking up to beautiful views everyday was so relaxing and our kids just loved being able to Canoe and fish from the Jetti.Not to mention our Border Collie puppy was super happy, and he made a great friend with Max!Thanks John for being a great host!

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful location on the basin, accommodation was exactly how it was describe in the listing and clean. John was the best host, he was very accommodating, friendly and helpful Was a very enjoyable relaxing place to stay. Will definitely be back

Brilliant stay here for a weekend recently. John was a fantastic host, communicated very well and met us on arrival which was lovely. We had our dog with us who absolutely loved being near the water, got on super well with John's dog Max and we felt very safe having him there. Property was clean and comfortable and exactly what we expected. Very quiet and peaceful location and perfect for what we needed. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

Peaceful location with a beautiful outlook to the water in your backyard, but also close to all Jervis Bay has to offer. We had a wonderful week and the property was as advertised. John was the perfect host and made us feel a part of the family.

Absolutely no complaints, beautiful house and scenery with the most friendly host and neighbors around . And a kids friendly dog Max!

Two day escape from

Just perfect. Peace and quiet with no traffic noise. We only stayed 2 nights and will stay a lot longer next time

Nice place clear water and good owner

All things you need for jetty and boat fishing is there. Owner all already setup and you just enjoy. Very nice place and clear water your kids can swim around while you just sit down drinking beer and fishing at safety private jetty.

Idyllic location.

The perfect spot for boating and fishing, no matter the weather! Caught the best size Bream and Flatheads from the wharf. Will be bringing the boat next time. Great views and relaxation areas. John is a perfect host, most welcoming with great tips for the surrounding areas.Enjoyed shopping in Huskisson, eating at all the surrounding clubs

Absolutely beautiful relaxing weekend away for our anniversary.John was great when we arrived he and his dog Mac welcomed us extremely helpful with absolutely everything. The house was relaxing had everything we needed. We spent most of the day out in the boat which was easy to put in the water as all we had to do was reverse the boat down the driveway straight into the water and than dock it next to the jetty which made everything so easy. Thankyou again John we will definitely be back.
