Avalon Beach Break is an air-conditioned comfortable getaway ideally suited for a couple who really want to spoil themselves close to the beach. We aim to provide a holiday of the highest quality that exceeds our guests expectations!

Avalon Beach Break is a self contained apartment style accommodation that has been renovated & fitted out with the highest quality furniture & fixtures. It is very comfortable and private in a beautiful setting just 7 houses back from the beach.

It features one large bedroom with a walk in robe, a light filled living area & fully equipped kitchen & beautiful bathroom.

The property also has queen size latex sofa bed as well so we can accommodate up to 4 people. We have a travel cot, high chair & stroller if needed

All you have to do is arrive & make yourselves at home, relax & enjoy your stay.

"The accommodation is delightful, modern & comfortable.
All the fillings are top-of-the-range; widescreen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. And no comfort is overlooked. We were never out of touch because of the laptop. Private veranda & only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

This is a gorgeous property, very easy to access and close to everything you need in Avalon Beach. The place is well set up, with all the little amenities you might need during your stay. We found the bed too firm for us, but everything else was delightful.

Fantastic location, short walk to beach and shops. The apartment itself was very private, good vibe, light filled and quite spacious with everything needed for a weekend or longer stay. Couldn't recommend more highly!

We needed somewhere to stay during a bathroom renovation and Avalon Beach Break was perfect. The location is amazing, the facilities are all you could need and the hosts are helpful and kind. Thank you David and Helen.

Had everything we needed, lovely finishing touches such as fresh flowers, chocolate and milk! Loved every minute of our stay! Got to watch Home & Away being filmed in the next street!! Thank you :)

We really enjoyed our stay and have nothing but good things to say. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and had everything we needed. David and Helen were consummate hosts, very friendly, accommodating and helpful….and as for location, WOW, it couldn’t be better! It was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants as well as transportation. We loved that we could walk to everything within a few minutes. We had planned on renting a car but found we had no need for one because the public transit was excellent.We do wish it was closer to our home in Toronto though, as the 23 hour flight to get here is a killer, but we would certainly stay here again if we are back in Avalon Beach. We will also recommend David and Helen’s place to all our family and friends.

Excellent

David is a wonderful host, is so helpful, above and beyond anyone I have rented from. He is a man with integrity. The unit was spotless and so useful to have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable sitting room and lovely dining table. The Airconditioning in the living area was wonderful as we had some very cold weather. It is attractively furnished.

I loved the place. Has a great beachy feel. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt very at home. David and Helen were excellent hosts. Very friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated how eco friendly they are. It was very clean and contained everything I needed. Even had a power cord adapter for my foreign appliances. I liked the outdoor shower too so you don't have to trek sand into the dwelling. Nice little patio area with tranquil views of the surrounding hills. Quiet neighborhood. The location is fantastic. A few minutes walk to beautiful Avalon beach and easy walking to Avalon village. The vibe of the area is great. Locals were friendly and willing to help out. I'm pretty picky but I'm truly hard pressed to find faults. Thanks again guys!

Great location

Great place to stay within walking distance of the beach as well as Avalon village. David was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having Netflix would have been a bonus but we managed to live without it!!

Perfect long weekend accomodation!!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here! It was all so easy and the owners were so welcoming! Was the perfect location as we both love the beach and absolutely loved the beachy style of the house! Will definitely be trying to get back here again!
