Cancelled 2hrs before we were due to arrive

Very dissapointed. The accommodation was canceled 2 hours before we were due to arrive on Australia day weekend. They tried to find us an alternative but all accommodation was full. We were supposed to be celebrating my father's 8oth birthday. Didn't want to do the star rating as we didn't see the accommodation but couldn't submit without it.

Wendy we send our deepest apologies. As you where aware we had unforeseen family ill health on the day of your check in thus the last minute cancellation (which included serious life threatening heart issues) and we did try our very best for over 3 hours to help find you alternative accommodation in the middle of our serious life threatening family emergency. We hope you where still able to celebrate your father's birthday. Once again our most sincere apologies.

Great for our dogs

Great large and safe dog run for the dogs. Beautiful bush walks close by. Lovely comfortable house.

Excellent escape to unwind

Thanks for sharing this little slice of Hepburn Springs with us. We were thrilled to be able to spend 5 nights here with our two dogs in tow, it was just what we needed. It was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. For the price we paid, we felt it represented very good value. It was a great set up for both two and four legged guests. We enjoyed the space and made good use of the fireplace to keep the house warm at night. It was reassuring to see other heating options available but we found the well stocked fireplace was plenty enough to keep us cosy in the cool evenings.

Beautiful outlook

Lovely, comfortable house. Came in a very cold period. Variety of heating was fantastic and heated the house very quickly. Great for the dogs, well fenced. Beautiful views from all the windows. Good value for the price. Thank you

Weekend Bliss

Stayed at this beautiful property for 2 nights with 3 friends. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Buddha Rose is on 2 acres, so the surrounding trees, water, & space made for a very relaxing & tranquil weekend. It was lovely seeing the many kangaroos grazing. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated & we enjoyed a lovely fire at night whilst we chatted. It is close to Hepburn Springs & Daylesford so we had plenty of opportunities to dine out. Overall, it was just what we needed & would love to return.

Absolutely amazing, stunning surroundings. Very peaceful, beautiful wildlife. Property it’s self was great clean and kept.

Great getaway

Beautiful surrounds. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the daily visits from the kangaroos, including a cute joey. A lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle. Pet friendly as well. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful piece of Paradise

Had a fantastic stay. Secluded away from the town in the most quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to get away from every day life. We absolutely loved the Balinese theme, it really made us feel like we were on holidays and we loved the spacious layout of the home. We spent most time outside by the private lake, watching the kangaroos drink water and listening to the sounds of all the different birds. Highly recommend this gem. Will be coming back!

Perfect!

Love Love Loved!!! Georgie was lovely to deal with and was very helpful. The property is amazing and also Pet Friendly. Would definetely recommend. Next time we will bring a group of friends to share this lovely property.

Beautiful property, serine and tranquil

Enjoyed our brief stay, it was a beautiful setting and Balinese true to its style. It truly is beautiful with the surrounding gardens and wild life. We took our mother who is 60 and my great aunt from England who is 85 & they adored the place but the couches weren’t very comfortable for them, quite hard and not propped up enough for them. Being younger it was ok for us but they really struggled and become quite sore.

A beautiful place to relax

Stayed two nights in this lovely property. We were looking to relax and heal after a particularly stressful event and Buddha Rose was exactly the right place for this. Set on beautiful grounds, the house was spacious and comfortable and it was lovely at night with the wood fire on. Only slight disappointment was the huge spa bath didn't work but it was still great for a relaxing bath.

A wonderful relaxing cosy stay

Buddha Rose was the perfect getaway for 3 weary teachers in need of some R and R following a long term. The rooms were clean and spacious and the fireplaces were a perfect addition to a cold winters night. Thank you Georgie for such a great retreat!

Perfect getaway!

Exactly what you want for a quiet weekend away surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The House was beautiful and had every thing we needed. What a lovely owner who was very accommodating. We loved the good coffee, the fireplace and the back patio, the whole vibe was great. We will be back next time.

Amazing!!!

Had an amazing weekend away with the girls at this beautiful property! We could not have asked for more. Georgie is an amazing host & goes above & beyond to keep her guests happy, including meeting me to return one of the girls wedding rings that she had accidentally left behind. Woke up to some cute kangaroos & joeys eating right outside our windows in the morning it was lovely. We will definitely be back!

Serene country escape!

Our Buddha Rose experience was everything we hoped it would be. It was the perfect place for three 'old' school friends to to take a break from their busy working lives and to celebrate turning 60. As we stepped into the characterful home, we immediately relaxed into our stay. The garden setting was a great joy to us and we loved sharing the space with kangaroos and hearing the distinctly Australian sounds of cockatoos and cicadas. Thank-you Georgie.

Excellent property

Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Stayed for one night wished could have stayed please longer. The spa setup was the highlight.
