Welcome to the Davey House! Our home is located in a historic neighborhood in Walla Walla, surrounded by mature trees and steps away from the heart of downtown. The wrap around porch is a wonderful place to relax after a long day with a glass of wine, or for an evening meal.

The backyard is a little sanctuary, with a wonderful canopy of nearby trees. There is a hot tub for those cooler nights, and barbecue and outdoor seating for gatherings.

A quick one block walk to downtown Walla Walla

PET FEE: $100 (2 dog maximum)

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Two outdoor cameras. 1. Front of house facing Birch Street and front lawn. 2. Back side of detached garage pointing to the alley and fire escape.

Beautiful home in Walla Walla

Gracious large old home built in 1881. Really good for families if mobilizing on stairs is not a challenge. Extremely comfortable beds and quality linens. Kitchen is old, but is fully equipped. Easy to cook and serve food for large group. We felt right at home.

Great Location

Walking distance to many great restaurants. Had many conversations imagining the history of the house…would love to know more about the many beautiful old mansions in WW. Can’t wait to come back!

Great weekend get away

Girls weekend in Walla Walla

This house was perfect for our group of 10 women spanning 2 generations. We were within walking distance of downtown, had plenty of parking, and space to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is closed off from the rest of the house which isn’t the most ideal, but we weren’t there to spend time in a kitchen. Overall, we look forward to our next stay at the Davey house next year!

Fabulous stay at Davey House

Everything was as advertised and better! We loved the fenced backyard for kids and two small dogs. The location to downtown was perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 for sleeping and relaxing. Loved the robes and slippers, and the welcome bottle of wine! The beds were super comfy! We’d definitely stay there again!

Amazing experience

My family and I stayed in the Davey house for my daughters baby shower, the house was so charming, and clean. We used every inch of it and loved the location to downtown walla walla. We walked to coffee each morning and dinners each night! Thank you

Beautiful spacious house in the heart of downtown

Lots of space, great amenities. Very clean and well stocked. Location is also ideal for walking to downtown businesses.

Great for weekend away for kids and adults

Great outdoor space for kids and adults to hang out. House was great for our group of 6 adults, 3 kids aged 3 - 7 - plenty of space, convenient location to walk to town and Pioneer Park. Some of the interior finishes could use a touch up, but nothing that got in the way of the charm in my opinion. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Great wine weekend

This house had a great location and the beds were comfortable! While there are 5 bedrooms, the 5th one is on the top floor and as this is a historic home with no A/C, we ended up only being able to use 4 of the bedrooms. So just be aware of that that / the weather when planning a trip here. The host was great - even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The patio was lovely and the location made downtown so accessible. Thanks!

Great house for large group

Great house with an excellent location to downtown Walla Walla (restaurants, shopping, and tasting rooms). The house was perfect for a large group with quiet and comfortable bedrooms. The house has several great spots to congregate including a large porch, nice sitting room/dining room, and great backyard patio. An excellent place for a fun weekend with friends.

Ladies Wine Weekday

Great! Walking distance from downtown. Comfortable beds. House layout conducive to lounging and visiting for large group. Hot tub nice plus. We used bbq and ate in. Enjoyed diagonal parking spaces. Clean.

Ladies Getaway Weekend

We had a fabulous time at the Davey house. Everything was well maintained and great communication. Great location to downtown and easy to find. The house was well stocked and had a lot of cozy places to hangout. We loved our stay and would come again and highly recommend!

Great home and great location!

We enjoyed this house for a wine tasting weekend with a group of 8 girls. We slept comfortably and could walk to breakfast and dinner. Terri also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Walla Walla. There is currently road construction in front of the house so I recommend driving to the house via Birch Street

Downtown hub

I was looking for a large and comfortable house near downtown to serve as a hub for a weekend with friends and this house definitely fit the bill. Checking into the house was easy, downtown was 2 blocks away, and, while certain things in the house could use some updating, it was very comfortable. I’d definitely rent this house again.
