3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Lake side Cottage community, minutes away from a sandy beach of lake Osoyoos.
The Cottages on Osoyoos lake is the ultimate year-round desert destination with climate that gets one excited to swim, boat, fish, sail, wake board, kayak, hang out late on the beach or explore the environment at and around the Cottages at Lake Osoyoos. Within the vicinity is year-round golfing, hiking trails, wine tasting at award winning wineries and a diverse choice of fine dining.
Cottage is near Mount Baldy, if you're a skier & Area 27 race track and Motorsports Park that offers go cart thrills for the whole family.

The main floor at the cottage has high ceilings with an open and comfortable Great room that is spacious to relax, play games, hang out and watch movies with Netflix, etc. The kitchen & dining area is an open concept and a perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a family meal. The screened-in patio creates a great space to enjoy meals, play cards or relax with friends and family. The out door patio has a Picnic table and a BBQ. The cottage is equipped with an Eco-friendly geothermal system to cool or heat the cottage.
The master bedroom located on the main floor has an en-suite with a Queen bed. The washer and dryer with laundry supplies is also located on the main floor.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, one has Queen sized bed and the other has two queen size beds.
The cottage is located on the northeast of the community and is 2-3 minute walking distance to the clubhouse, the clubhouse is a 2-3 minute walking distance to the beach. As a guest you will also have access to the clubhouse which includes amenities such as two seasonal outdoor pools, year round hot tubs, a fitness studio and more.
The Cottage is available during Fall, Winter & Spring for monthly or longer-term rental, rate quoted for 30 plus nights will have a one time caretaker fee and NO GST & PST .
Long term Winter rental is welcomed.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Guest must comply to The Cottages Guest Welcome letter & BC government Strata rules & policies ( COVID current policies & guidelines).

Great stay!

Clean cottage equipped with all the essentials including bbq & gas fire pit on patio. 10 min walk to lake that was not too busy & 2 min walk to pool. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Cottage

The cottage was beautiful. Bedrooms were nice and large and the cottage had everything we needed. Loved spending time out in the outdoor seating area and the screened in sun room. Great proximity to clubhouse/pool and the lake. The hosts really made sure our stay was great. Thanks!

Beautiful home in a great location

The cottage was spacious, well appointed, well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we enjoyed all of the comforts of home. The owner was very responsive to our communication. We plan to return.

Beautiful Property!

Our group of three couples absolutely loved staying at Russell's cottage. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy all of the amenities (beach, pool etc.), but the extensive outdoor space and cathedral-ceilinged great room were perfect for full evenings of conversation with old friends. We'll definitely come again.

We had a really wonderful time in our Osoyoos Cottage rental. It is extremely well appointed, including games, bikes, a wagon to help haul items to the beach, a fire table, beach towels, comfortable beds and kitchen with every gadget or utensil you might need! The sun room was perfect for group breakfasts. The outdoor seating hosted many chats and the whole cottage is very thoughtfully decorated. Thank-you for a truly lovely vacation experience!

Just what we were hoping for!

We had a fantastic three-day stay in this pristine and comfortable house, enjoying wine tastings at nearby Burrowing Owl and La Stella and the fantastic water sports (seadoos and a pontoon boat) at Wake Pilot. The home was clean and comfortable - couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

Amazing Rental and Fantastic Owner

We just got back from our stay at this house and wow, we were blown away how clean and well appointed the house was. We could not have asked for better. We felt right at home. Beautiful cottage

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable with all the necessities and extras too. We loved the window seats and the wide open entertaining spaces. Everything was clean and in good working order. Beach is a little far for elderly or mobility challenged people but otherwise, great location. The hosts made themselves available but we didn’t find it necessary to contact them for anything during our stay. Everything was in order and the stay went smoothly. Really enjoyed our vacation here.

Fantastic Stay

My family had a great stay at this well equipped and homey “cottage”. Presents as pictured, but main floor is even more impressive when you walk in because of an extremely high vaulted ceiling. On site was a nice pool area and beach - overall a very charming complex that was family friendly and close to Osoyoos and many wineries. My girls (10 and 12) asked to come back before we had left, and we have booked a week for next summer. As others have mentioned, the owner Russel is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a nice visit.

We really enjoyed our stay , the cottage was really nice and it had everything we needed for our family holiday . Our group consisted of three generations and it was important to have a bedroom with an ensuite on the main floor for my elderly parents . We would definitely book again.

Lovely property! Wonderful amenities. The cleaning procedures upon check out are a bit extensive, as you do pay a cleaning fee. Otherwise, great place.

A very well kept unit. It's nicely maintained and well outfitted with games, comfortable furniture, beach items and even a pull cart to take your things back and forthe to the beach or pool. I liked that it had a ceiling fan! And if you have any issues, Russel is responsive. A couple of notes to keep in mind: this unit does not have a view (unless you include the numbers across the garden) and is about 500m or 1/2 km to the beach. A nice place to relax.

Osoyoos / Oliver region is the warmest area in Canada, average daytime temperature is 17.0 °C (62.6 °F). This area averages 7 months at or above 10 °C (50 °F). During the summer this region is the hottest area in Canada during the day. Located in the shadow of the Cascade Mountains creating a hot, sunny, dry climate. For this reason, the area boasts its own climate zone called "Osoyoos Arid Biotic Zone." that has Canada's lowest annual precipitation, warmest annual temperature, and warmest fresh water lake.

Osoyoos / Oliver winters are moderately cold, dry and cloudy. Temperatures typically varies from 24°F to 89°F and is rarely below 10°F or above 97°F. Due to its location in Canada's desert,

Osoyoos / Oliver has a mild, dry winter climate, temperatures from October through April and a low average annual snowfall of 5.4 cm (2.1 inches).
