Overall was a great stay! Both the realty company and the staff in the building were very helpful. Close to downtown and beaches, yet not real busy.

The unit, has issues with window coverings, I was not able to darken the room at night due to the lights in the hallway and the outriggers parking lights. The appliances in the kitchen didn’t work. The wash machine was not working when I arrived but they came and fixed it.Lei reality was easy to work with.

Disappointed

I won’t go into detail because the management has fixed things and made do ...... this condo is not in the best location it sits right over a volley ball court and it’s very noisy ..... your view is a barb wired fence .....very hot and it’s not the hot season ........ had trouble first couple weeks but everything is ok now ......

Poor check in and communication

The check in code for the door (provided in my welcome packet) was wrong! Because it was late, Lei realty wasn’t available to help. 3 calls to the “emergency” guy, he finally answered and gave me the correct code. Lei responds next day telling me it’s my fault for being late! Very unprofessional for an organization who is in the hospitality business. Other than that the place was nice.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your review. As you received the unit instruction at the time you made a reservation, this unit needs our office staff's attendance for the guests check in. And as the instruction says, we ask the guests to check in between 3pm-5pm on the check in date (additional fees if checks in after 5pm or on weekends), and we also ask you to let us know what time you will be at the condominium in advance. However, your check in time was outside of the office hours and approximate check in time was not mentioned by you in advance. Please understand that this is the reason why you could not receive an on-call responses and this is the reason why we ask you in advance; we need to know in advance if you are landing late, so that we can have our office staff stay even after the office hours.
