Absolutely awesome, that view is to die for!

It was neat, clean, it was perfect for us. In fact we are interested in renting it again next year. If it comes up for sale, we would be extremely interested.

Thank you! Update May 2015: New kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, flatscreen TV in living room, touch-up paint, de-clutter the livingroom and new balcony furniture.

Thank you for your comments, which will be passed on to the owner. Had we known during your stay . . . . The fridge works just fine and TV's all work fine too, though they are not flat-screens. Current tenants have had no issues. Update May 2015: New kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, flatscreen TV in living room, touch-up paint, de-clutter the livingroom and new balcony furniture.

Reviewer Comments: balcony too crowded with furniture and junky electric grill. dishwasher needs replacing. very noisy, does not get dishes clean, lipstick stains,etc. we bought plastic cups to use. rental agency was very good…easy to deal with.

Thank you for letting us know. We will contact the owner concerning the balcony items and they will remove the grill. They will also have a service call done on the dishwasher.

Rental properties need to be better than just adquate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I used to own a property which we rented out and I hope I would have offered better quality furniture and accessories than in this condo. The router and internet equipment took up a large part of the worktop and was a mess of cables and little boxes - this was very unsightly and maybe the electrical part of it could have been dangerous - located so near the sink. The armchairs were untidy and marked. The rug was curled at the edges and was easily tripped over. The large lamps in the living area had obviously been knocked over at some stage and were chipped. The closet contained stuff belonging to the owner. I don't think the standard of towels and tea towels was very good. I thought the balcony was cluttered with too much furniture. The condo was situated in a lovely position with lovely views from a lot of windows but the inside was a little tired. We did however enjoy our stay and these criticisms are merely to help the owner to realise that standards need to be maintained for renters to rush back!

Thank you for your comments. The rug was corrected the day after this guests arrival as soon as it was brought to our attention. The owner belongings are neatly confined to one closet. We will pass your comments along to the owner.
