We had a lovely weekend with our friends staying at the house. It was perfect and loved the proximity to the beach. Our dog and kids had a blast!

We had a lovely stay with our family and pets. The house is even better in reality. Great spots to sit and relax, right on the pet friendly beach and walkable to a few eating locations. We just wish we could have stayed longer.Communication with Christine was great.

Perfect for us, our two young adults and 2 dogs. Young adults upstairs, us downstairs, which meant we could choose to be together or seperate. Great front and back yards for the dogs, plus dog friendly inside. Front yard completely fenced, back yard on lagoon side fenced but open to the lagoon. Umina Beach an easy walk across the road, flat sand with very small dunes, calm surf, easy rock climbing to one side of the beach if you like rock pool exploring. Fantastic, definitely a destination of choice for us!

Great place to stay. Pet friendly, our dog and family enjoyed the access to beach for walks and swims. Backyard and front years perfect for leaving dog when we went out.So many comfortable areas to eat chat as family or be alone and read a book. Perfect family get away

Showed up on a 40 degree day with the aircon on and the cricket, anticipating our arrival. Hosts were also very responsive with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful family Christmas week!The house is comfortable and homey and a cook’s delight with both indoor and outdoor kitchens.The host had thought of everything!We were amazed by visiting wildlife…ducks, kookaburras, cockatoos, blue tongues and Eastern water monitors.Only a short stroll to a safe beach and a short drive to some serious surf!The perfect beach house!

Great family holiday

Fantastic house for a beach holiday with children. The small girls loved the wildlife and how close we were to the beach. Plenty of space and the outdoor kitchen a big plus in hot weather.

Lovely garden and great location

The house and garden were great, located right on the beach which was a bonus esp with the dogs. The house needs a bit of repair in places but on the whole a great place to be!

Great location

Great location on dog friendly beach with glorious back garden area. Unfortunately, couldn’t get signal on upstairs TV. Enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your review. I wish you had contacted us. The TV upstairs has full platinum foxtel (all channels). The TV Source/Input must have been incorrect, a simple fix.

Beachside getaway

Location was excellent and even on the rainy days we could look out to the beach from the upstairs area. My dogs loved it. We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for all of us. Would book again

Amazing location!

We stayed with two other families and we were all so impressed with the proximity to the beach, the amazing garden, outdoor eating and cooking facilities and living areas. It was a great stay and David is an excellent host. Thank you!
