DELBROOK POINT TOWNHOUSE

This fully insulated apartment unit is perfect for any get together or holiday. You can use the whole house just for you and your guests. The unit has been strategically designed to make sure that there is always sunlight somewhere on the second story. The house has been furnished to give you any sort of aroma that you are looking for; mid-century modern, Industrial, nautical and even Scandinavian. It has been fully insulated, so you'll be absolutely warm during the winter months.

The space
It is a family and especially child friendly. Just next door, your kids can say hi to a friendly rabbits that loves attention. Every window on the top floor has been equipped with a little gadget on the window to stop any young ones from falling out.

We can fit 11 guests so please esquire if you have more than 8 people in your group. If you are booking for more than 8 people, then an extra bed will added to room 1 and/or 2, and 3.

We also have 2 other studio in the same property that will be available for booking (separate booking). Total guest that we can host is up to 19 people in the group.

Wedding stay

Functional property, more like a dormitory, 10 single beds ? Would be nice to have known there was 1 double bed between 11 guests! Property was advertised as Cambridge (not hosts fault)and ended up being 27kms away from Cambridge! However , it served its purpose.. Thanks

Hi Vic, Thank you for the review, If you look closely on the photo and the wording on the site, main bedroom has queen bed. For what we charge for the price of $65/person including beddings and towels, you can't expect that we are a five stars accomodation. Hope that helps. Thank you

Close but no cigar

A good property but listing shows 6 bedrooms when only 4 available. We booked this property so we could have a room each but disappointed that in fact only 4 bedrooms available. Only 4 dining chairs at table when we stayed with 2 bar stools at the table. Could have been a very good review but just a little disappointed.

Dear Carmel, I am sorry that you are a little disappointed. There are 4 bar stools available in the property with 4 dining table. As far as the 5 and 6th room/studio. We only open that room for a party of 9 or more and upon special arrangement as we have hosted up to 23 people between the 2 townhouses/ studio rooms. The main unit has a max capacity of 11 people. We rent room/studio 5 and 6 seperately as they both has seperate entrance and listed as seperate booking. Hope this helps to clarify.

We can’t stay in lockdown!

Hey Book a batch, Sorry I think you have forgotten the whole of New Zealand is in lockdown so we couldn’t travel to Hamilton. I would like to please rebook our stay as it would be a thousand dollars wasted. The property manger is no help and has no sympathy for others. Please rebook us thanks

Hi Erana, Thank you for the review. We have let you rebooked your booking from September 2020 to September 2021 with no additional fee/ price difference. I think it is fair to do so especially we were not in lock down in September 2020 when you requested the date changed.

Good size for a family

No washing machine or dryer but laundromat down the road. Rubbish bin in kitchen was still full of rubbish upon arrival. Check in was a problem as key was not put out, however did get sorted. Lovely new, large and tidy home. No garage. Picture showed apartments with internal garage.
