Situated only a short walk to the park, this neat and tidy 3 bedroom home is perfect for holiday living and just down the road from the Phillip Island Racing Circuit. Featuring a spacious open plan, light bright kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, a large entertainment deck and gazebo - a great area for those summer BBQs and entertaining family and friends. With an outdoor shower, landscaped gardens all on a fully fenced allotment. The property also has Internet and Netflix

Sunset Strip holiday

The house and back yard were the perfect size for 2 adults, 3 children and a dog. Well stocked pantry and all the utensils you need. 2 bathrooms were great except for leaking hot water service so only had luke warm water for showering. As long as hot water service is replaced we would stay here again.

Surfing Seagull for MotoGP

We had a lovely time at the Surfing Seagull. The house was perfect. With ample space for adults and teenagers. We were impressed with the cleanliness and overall presentation. Very convenient to the GP circuit and Cowes for shopping. 5 stars.

Cute and clean

Lovely property. The bathrooms were renovated and the house was comfortable and clean. The doors were all quite hard to unlock so could do with a new lock. There were pillows and doonas on all beds and it was helpful there was hand wash and a roll of toilet paper in each toilet. Quiet neighbourhood which we liked.

Could have been better

No towels or toiletries provided No bed linen or doonas provided in winters Heating was mentioned and there was only one split unit in main hall only No toilet rolls provided There was cleaning charge extra over and above the rent but the instructions in welcome letter mentioned clearly that I would need to mop and clean the property. We do leave the rental property after clearing up and not leaving any mess behind but when you are paying extra just for cleaning on top of rent you don’t expect to mop clean the rental. Not recommended for weekend get away because too much responsibility and less to relax

Summer Relaxation

Great extended stay with family, perfect backyard area to enjoy. walking distance to the beach and quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen and home with everything you will need. would recommend

Excellent location and neat property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was presented in a neat manner. Location is very good to main tourist attractions in Philip Island. The house has a beach theme which makes your stay n holiday even more enjoyable. Recommend it highly.

Great House

Our stay in this house was fantastic, we have been renting houses on Philip Island for 14 years and this was one of the best. So close to Smiths Beach - kids & dogs loved it. Would definitely rent again.

Island Time

Property was such a surprise when we first walked in. Clearly a renovation had been done after photos had been taken for the listing and it was lovely. Everything better than expected and house was in a quiet area - perfect.

Fantastic weekend away

Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic holiday house to get away for the wkd. The place totally exceeded our expectations with the beautifully renovated and spacious inside along with the gorgeous outdoor area. Being able to bring our fur babies just made it the perfect holiday for our family. So close to Smiths Beach and only a short drive into Cowes. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing fun filled holiday on the Island. We will definitely be back!

disappointing

Initially all looked good. Had no internet coverage for complete stay, therefore no Netflix ('apparently' the Island has issues during holiday time). Felt that they shouldn't advertise something that you can't get! Dirty dishes in the cupboard (covered in food scraps), wrappers under the bunk beds, dead flies behind the TV in master Bedroom. No complimentary items such as milk.

Wonderful beach house!

We had a group of two families (with small kids) stay at this property and it was fantastic, had everything we needed and the backyard/entertaining space was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great break in Sunset Strip. Nice home with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable with a good feel. We loved the outdoor thatched hut

Surf beach

Great location, short wall to Smiths beach. Amazing outdoor area, great for family meals and relaxing with a book. Very helpful agent with easy check in and out. We had a wonderful family holiday on the island.

Nice and clean. Quiet location. Not far from the beach

Needs to have hand rails on the steps up on all decks. Safety issue . And better railing on decks. Also asked if dog friendly- yes it is for bigger dogs. But we had a small dog that could squeeze through the gate. So needs wire put over the gate so small dogs can stay without escaping. Overall a lovely place. Nice big tv with wifi. We logged in with our own Netflix code. Good supply of utensils in the kitchen. Back yard nice. But too many stones. You needed shoes on all the time if you wanted to get to the lawn or clothes line. Would recommend and come back if gate fixed for small dogs.
