Hua Hin - Big private pool

Esther was a great guest that I can recommend. Easy to communicate with and everything was nice an smooth. Thanks Esther 🙂

We thank Mr Jenny for his stay, and it is nice that they had a 2 good weeks stay and enjoyed the pool. We had very good communication with Mr Jenny, so it is surprising to read the first part if his review. He did at no time communicate to us these things he is mentioning. We have also checked the outdoor shower, inndor shower head and the safe; there is nothing wrong with either of them. So not sure what he means. The kitchenware is also in good order. If it needed more cleaning then we would have been happy to clean again. We would have wished that Mr Jenny could have given us a notice but instead they gave the impression that everything that was good. They had some questions about that they needed more toilet paper and we provided them plenty for their hole stay at no cost. A bit strange when they say they need more toilet paper and then not mentioning these other things that he writes. Therefore it is a bit disappointing to read his review. We always try to accommodate the guests if they have any questions or problems, but in this case we had no idea that there were any issues, in fact we were under the impression that they were very happy and no worries.
