Fit the need

Good location, worked well for 2 families of 4. Mattresses could use to be upgraded.All else was great.

Sounds like it hit the mark for space and location—huge win for two families traveling together! But yeah, nothing puts a damper on a good trip like a lumpy mattress. Hopefully they swap those out soon. Would you consider staying there again if they upgraded the beds, or is it a one-and-done kind of place for you?

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is small but perfect for a ski vacation. The rooms are good. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the hot tub , pool and the board games. Location is perfect you need a shuttle to go to the mountain but it is a 2 min ride.

Property was clean and ready for us. Tried to have the bench at the dining table fixed but there was confusion as to whether it was the responsibility of the on site office or another group. It needs to be glued together before the left leg breaks off. Toilet float in the master bathroom hangs up so it doesn't fill with water every time and the sink in the common downstairs bathroom doesn't drain. Everything else was great, would be interested in staying again, Thanks.

Christmas vacation

I enjoyed it. The one problem is the unit did not come with a washer and dryer. There was one coin operated washing machine and dryer for the entire building when I thought the unit came with both.

Had a fantastic time!

Had an enjoyable stay in Steamboat! The property was roomy, clean and as described. Very close to the mountain and the shuttle service was very helpful!

Short weekend stay

Lovely Condo

We stayed here for a family reunion, renting various units on the property & this one was a favorite of many! The unit is bright & airy with the high ceilings & skylights. We housed three families here (two couples & one family of 4) for multiple days and found it the perfect size and layout -- each family had their own bathroom (two "master suites" with connected baths and one right across the hall from the bedroom)! Having to check in and check out at another location, farther into town, was slightly inconvenient but not a huge issue.

Powder Weekend

We had a great stay at the property. It was a great space and easy to get to the mountain. The only odd thing was all the lamps were unplugged and some were not so easy to plug back in (and some did not work once plugged in). So...my only recommendation to the management company is to kindly plug the lamps in so the folks renting it don't have to move TV's and bookcases around to do so themselves!

Comfortable and well-furnished

Our family of 7 stayed in this unit the 3rd weekend in September 2018. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized with all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery you would need.. The common living room space was a bit small, but we managed to set up a 500 piece puzzle on the coffee table that we could work at. We all fit around the dining room table to enjoy meals and games together. We all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms, furnished with comfortable, well-made beds. Each accessory was of the decor was unique and interesting. One end table was a diorama of a stream bed--truly a piece of art! Outside we especially appreciated that there was a tennis court, a heated pool, and various hot tubs. We spent lots of our weekend playing in those facilities and were grateful they were all open that time of year. All were very well-maintained. Several times our family members said that we would certainly like to return to this unit. Thank you to the Owners for many comforts and Property Managers for so well maintaining this Unit that our family thoroughly enjoyed.

Another fantastic year in steamboat

Was amazing 6 days at timber run. Rooms were comfy and clean. Easy in and out to bus. We had a great time sad to leave will be back next year for our 7th year in a row. Can not wait. We love steamboat

Very nice ski condo in Steamboat

Very nice condo. A little smaller than we thought but we fit 9 of us in there reasonably well. Convenient to base and to town. Upon arrival, the previous renters left a note that the oven was not working. We called Retreatia and they came out and replaced the oven immediately.
