Loved staying here! A great base for a visit to BA

This rental exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed, felt very homey, the beds were super comfortable, and the owner was great to work with and very helpful. The location is fantastic – great part of town and just across the street from the subway. The apartment is beautiful and has spoiled us for any other rentals in the future!

Stella was an exceptionally responsive host, and her flat took us back to the days of elegance in Buenos Aires. My wife, our adult daughter, and I appreciated a number of things: Quality and roominess of the property, location proximate to countless shops, coffee and pastry venues, and transportation, and a bustling neighborhood.

Wonderful!

The place was amazing with lots of space. It was great to be so close to all the things we wanted to do! You could tell the owners love the arts. There’s a room to dance tango, an artist loft and and office with good Wi-Fi.

The apartment was a romantic step back in time. We loved the spacious rooms plus the location was excellent. Although on a busy street the heavy doors and shutters kept the street sounds at a minimum. We used the room air conditioning as the temps were unusually high. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Maybe the best VRBO we have rented in any country!

We really enjoyed our stay at this marvelous apartment. It is very big with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The apartment is equipped with everything you may possibly need. It is located in a nice area of the city with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We walked pretty much everywhere. We also would like to mention excellent communications with the owner and the manager of the apartment. All our questions were immediately answered and we felt that, should a need arise, we will get all assistance we need. Thank you!

A place of great beauty

This amazing apartment, old French, all original features, is located on a corner in central Recoleta, and catches the sun all day around. It feels like you have travelled back in time to the Buenos Aires of the early 20th century, were it not for the friendly hustle and bustle outside. The comfort of the apartment is wonderful, everything one needs is there, the owner and the manager are kind and wonderful people, and the only downside is that one day you’ll have to leave.

The renter feels more like a friend than a renter, but the upside of renting an apartment that you value dearly and furnished with your heart, is that you get to meet (at least through emails) people of like mind. The world is full of amazing people, places, and ideas. I hope to meet more of you in the future. A reminder to all those tangueros/as out there, there is a room with a wood floor perfect for dancing.

This apartment is a jewel. Very large and in a great location. I would stay there again if ever visiting Buenos Aires.

Gorgeous old home in great area

We loved the location of this home, walking distance to lots of restaurants and also very close to subway. Gorgeous historic interior with super tall ceilings. Can’t wait to come back!!
