Beautiful 3 bedroom home conveniently located minutes from Mizzou Stadium, Columbia Mall and downtown Columbia.

Each bedroom is furnished with super comfortable queen beds, bed linens & extra blankets. There are two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads.

Amenities include full size deck, spacious back yard with a charcoal bbq grill. Full size washer & dryer, laundry detergent, various pots & pans & cooking utensils, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, coffee, tea & pantry items. There’s also a new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and a confection range and microwave.

TV channels include HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus & Peacock! There’s also a copy machine available for your use.

Garage use is not included.

The host was so much more then generous and helpful let’s us come a day early than our stay along with cleaned the house herself so we could check in early the home was very beautiful comfortable welcoming

The conditions we encountered included:- A rat inside the trash can directly in front of the garage.- Evidence of rodent activity inside the kitchen, including foil packaging in a kitchen cabinet that appeared to have been chewed by a rodent.- A stained master bedroom comforter.- Crumbs and debris on the master bedroom comforter.- A visibly filthy shower curtain.- Dirty carpets.- A toilet that had not been flushed before our arrival.- Prescription medications left inside the master bedroom nightstand.- Clothing, including underwear, left inside the master bedroom dresser.Clothes left in the dryer.- Food and other items left throughout the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.- Additional general uncleanliness throughout the property.We found hotel rooms and immediately left the property. The owner refuses a refund.

I have turned you into the police for attempted an attemp scam. I have years of excellent reviews. Then someone turns one in that is so bad?? You never contacted me which if you were truthful would have been the first step. Anyone that has stayed at my Property will vouch for me. The City of Columbia did a compliance check on my house 9/16. They did not skip on anything. It was a very through inspection. My property passed with flying colors. My neighbors say that you did in fact stay at the house. The beds were messed up & the black out curtains were drawn closed for sleep. In the end you are the one that has to live with yourself. PS: What kind of person digs thru the trash?

Comfortable stay in a nice home

We were in town for the state basketball final four. The home was a perfect setup for my family and my parents who also came. It was a comfortable place to relax.

Great location

This hose is exactly what we wanted for our stay in Columbia. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood too. The owner was so polite and friendly.

Quiet neighborhood

Location was close to campus, neighborhood was quiet and house was perfect for our stay. Had all the amenities you could need. Host was very friendly and communication was quick. Will def stay here again when we visit MIZ!

Graduation trip from Mizzou

Nice quiet neighborhood. Home is very comfortable. We were on the go most of the time of our stay, but enjoyed the time we were there very much.

Baseball weekend

Perfect location in Columbia. We came in for the LSU vs Mizzou baseball games this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dinah was an awesome host and communicated great with us. The house has everything you need, comfy bed, clean and convenient location! Next time we’re in this area we will stay here again.

MU Game Day Stay

In town for the MU football game. House is not walking distance to campus/stadium but Uber rides were cheap and plentiful.

Family Funeral

This property worked for us. I am not leaving a bad review just a little confused. (It’s very possible that I am a little out of the loop on protocol of a VRBO rental)The beds were great, it was a good location, kitchen had whatever you would need. To use which was very helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This property was not only well-kept, spacious and in a great neighborhood close to the Mizzou Arena, Dinah was more than we could ask for! This was our very first time w/ VRBO. Admittedly, I was nervous. Dinah was gracious, helpful and hospitable from my first inquiry! It was like we were staying at a family member's home that just happened to be out of town. It was the best experience we could have hoped for, not to mention so economical considering the time frame we were there for the State Wrestling Tournament. We are so thankful we came across her listing!

Outstanding Location Outstanding Communication

Host is very conscientious was concerned ice maker was on the fritz and ensured there was a bag of ice in fridge for our stay. Highly communicative prior to arrival, during stay and upon departure. Great property in quite neighborhood 12 minutes from campus. The only couple of things I would say could have been better would be at least 1 King size bed. That said, the Queens were outstanding. the master bedroom should have blinds as its like waking up on the sun. Perhaps they were there but we did not notice. Dinah and her home was a terrific Mizzou stay 10/10 would stay again!

A Nice House in a Quiet Setting

This house is on the outskirts of Columbia but near the highway (I-70) so it provides quick access to downtown (10 minutes) and shopping at a large mall (on the other side of I-70). It is in a quiet residential area. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage where we kept our bicycles. There is access to several bike paths nearby but we mostly used the car to ferry bicycles to the paths because of the steep hills around the house. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the supply of condiments (spices, cooking oil, etc.) that we were free to use. The house was very comfortable for two couples.
