Welcome to the Makai, One of Ocean City Maryland’s newer condominium complex's, located on the Isle of Wight Bay on 42nd street, with an indoor/outdoor tropical pool, next to the Convention Center!

Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors in the living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Impressive Granite counter tops accent a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. Non-smoking, No pets.

The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and chair facing an electric fireplace and 42' high definition LCD TV mounted over top with a Blu-Ray & DVD player.

How about your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the Isle of Wight Bay. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down on one of the balcony tables. Now your vacation begins!

The master bed room features a king sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom, wall mounted high definition LCD TV, and a beautiful view of the bay!

The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, a nice sized closet, its own wall mounted LCD TV, and a second full bathroom right next door.

THE CONDO IS EQUIPPED WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

The Makai has a private parking lot. The first floor features; an indoor/outdoor tropical pool, Sundeck, Fitness center, Sauna, Billiards room, Activity room, and TV lounge with WiFi. Also you have parking spaces for two vehicles and an outdoor bay front deck with beautiful sunset views.

Beautiful home for us and another couple for the week. Close by to the beach and everything is in walking distance. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back!

Dealing with the owner Drake Fox, he could not have been a better host. Communication was excellent. He reached out to me before our vacation to make sure any questions I had was an. He communicated our last day to make sure the condo had no issues. Great to deal with. The condo was exactly as advertised and the photos matched. Very spacious condo with upgraded countertops, appliances and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable, furniture was nice. Great view from the balcony. Great location on coastal highway. Will book again.

We had a great stay at this condo. Drake was the best and answered so promptly, any questions I had. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I don't have one thing to say that would improve my stay. And I was super happy to have a stand fan in both bedrooms as all of us needed a fan to sleep. Can't wait to come back!!!

Host was very responsive. The unit was very clean. The photos of the Bay view on the site do not show that the balcony directly faces the pool of the hotel next door. Yes, you can see the Bay beyond. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable as permanent indentations on both sides. It needs to be replaced. The fitted sheets would not stay on the corners of the mattress. Very nice workout room and sauna. Indoor pool was nice as well. Overall it is a very nice condo.

The condo was very clean and organized. We enjoyed drinking coffee and taking in the views from the balcony. The mattresses were very comfortable and made it easy to sleep in!

Drakes condo is amazing and it will not disappoint!! First time staying with him will book again! Communication was awesome even followed up after check out. Makai alone is worth the with the amenities, But to have a awesome stay in a clean friendly and outstanding condo like his takes the cake. Thanks drake We will see u again my friend

Location, Location, Location.. Plus the section of beach out in front of the Makai has sand dunes. For some reason, the beach is just not complete without sand dunes. :)

Rainy days are not a problem at the Makai. There is plenty to do. Whether it is; relaxing by the indoor/outdoor pool and sundeck, sitting in the sauna, shooting a game of pool in the billiards room, or maybe working off a few calories in the fitness center. It's all here!
