This is the only Lake Conroe location that has balconies that actually hang over the water!

This is a one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom, stocked kitchen, and living room. You can fish from the balcony and you have a 180 degree, never obstructed view. Fishing is also great around the marina and from the fishing pier. Jet-ski and boat rentals on-site. Every amenity is lake-front! Acres of land to roam.

What a relaxing and peaceful little piece of paradise. Fishing off the balcony was so cool. My husband caught like 5 fish. We had to cut our trip a day short and we were so sad to go. This is a perfect location for a couple getaway.

Wonderful Stay

We went for a long holiday weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo. The selling point of the property is the balcony over the water, which provides an exceptional view and the opportunity to fish if you so desire. One night we even had a romantic dinner on the balcony by candlelight that was lovely. We ate several meals from the "Wave" restaurant, located a short walk away, that were delicious. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We are planning to return in the near future.

Lovely condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We especially liked the way the condo is decorated. The sunrise over the lake on Sunday was fabulous!

Staycation

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this property. We live only a few miles away and this place is the perfect property for a staycation. The home was nice and met all our needs. We cooked our own meals, watched tv and enjoyed the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

Nice, relaxing stay

The view was great! Able to sit inside the cool air and enjoy the view of the lake! Then sit on the porch when it cooled off. Yes there were some bugs... But it's the lake and after spraying they calmed down. Neighbors were fishing and catching fish..off the balcony. Ducks were happy to entertain also.

Lack of supplies

Our overall stay was good. We stayed in a different unit last year that was stocked well with all kinds of items. There was a lack of certain items on this unit such as trash bags there was only one. . No can opener. No spices. Etc.

fabulous location

Beautiful venue, yet could use some upgrades. The unit is dated but the view made it worth the trip. The icemaker did not work, toilet paper holder was broken, lack of bathroom rug and needs a good cleaning and coat of paint. The area and grounds are lovely. Would go again when it is warmer to use the amenities. Despite the weather, completely enjoyed my stay.

This is one of my wife and I favorite getaways, but I must say I will only rent if it’s condo type.

This is my wife and I favorite getaways each year, but I must say that I will only rent if a condo is available . We like to visit your basketball ball court, the regular room doesn’t come with a basketball. Also condo have better appliances, with the gas stoves with the middle burners for cooking multiples dishes beds comforters are more to our liking in the condos, also the TVs in the rooms have the same remote and tv as the main living area. We can watch the same shows , Netflix, real Cable etc . Our stay this time , we could one watch things we didn’t want to watch in the rooms limited to nothing to watch while lounging in the room. The condos are overall better in so many ways.

Seven Coves

It’s a great property. View is good, ease of getting there good, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and such good. However in my opinion the property would benefit with upgrades to the kitchen. New pots and pans, better silverware, a cohesive arrangement of dish-ware and kitchen linens. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, now to do something with the Texas heat and humidity.

Sweet treat!

Spring break w my grandson, great place, close to home ,comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, birdwatching, fishing, feeding the ducks. Can't wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy their awesome pool. The Manger is great ,very responsive. I love this place.

Great stay on the Lake

Had a wonderful, relaxing time at this condo. Check in was easy. Loved being so close to the water, with the ducks providing free entertainment. It is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood that has a lot of amenities. We did not visit the Wave restaurant, but it is just a short walk away. The light switches were a little confusing until we figured out what controlled what. A little trial and error will get you there, though. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed stay

It could use some updating but overall very comfortable. Balcony over the water is what made it special. However, if anyone is in condo above it would be unbearable. People were in there 1/2 day and the noise was so bad. Evidently not much insulation between floors. Bath/shower needs a safety grab bar to help with getting in and out. Can get them from Amazon for $25 & it just suctions on the wall. Also, a toaster in kitchen would be nice. Recommend trying The Wave restaurant!
