Enjoyed our stay!

Property was in a great location with access to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the beautiful beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite places, with good reason

The property was perfect -- it was clean, well-appointed, spacious, and there is plenty of fun to be had. My two youngest grandchildren really enjoyed their first vacation with BB and Boppy. Turquoise Place remains a top destination for us, because the staff are friendly and efficient, the beach is perfect, and there are lots of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy. A great week!

Turquoise Place

This is a great condo. Very large living area with a good amount of seating. Full sectional and two accent chairs that are quite comfortable with the ottoman. We had some snafu's with the Hot Tub, but they were fixed right away. One time it went to sleep which we didn't realize so I would google the error next time instead of calling as it was easy to take it out of sleep mode. It was chilly so we didn't spend much time on the beach, but it is lovely. The outdoor pool was not open and was drained I believe due to the ongoing construction. We did use the indoor pool and hot tub once. The hot tub jets in the indoor pool didn't appear to work, but it was hot. There are lots of shops, restaurants, etc that are walking distance and it's a great location.

Good vacation

Turquoise is always great. Convenient amenities, especially for having young kids. This condo gets the job done, and has what you need. But it is dated and showing wear and tear, like broken cabinetry, broken chair on the balcony, scratched walls, etc. I expected better conditions based on the high rating and previous stays at Turquoise. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but improvements could be made. We give the condo a 3.5.

Family Wedding

The condo was perfect for our long weekend. Location was convenient for the activities we had this weekend…wedding rehearsal and dinner and the wedding and reception. We had time to enjoy the beach, lazy river and one of the pools. After a successful fishing trip, we enjoyed a delicious meal with blackened red snapper prepared in the well equipped kitchen of our condo. We would highly recommend the condo and look forward to returning.

Great view, great parking

Great view! Enjoyed watching the boats and the overall view while sitting on the balcony. LOVED having the bbq pit on the balcony. Great reserved parking spot. We had family meet us for the first night and we all enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable king bed in master!

Family vacation

We had a great time at the property this week. Check in was great (efficient like chick-fil-a) and unit was clean and stocked. Only major issue was oven stopped working mid-week and part was on back order to fix it so that messed our meals up. Same with the jacuzzi tub in a bathroom. Maintenance and front desk were friendly but it still didn't fix the problems. The property itself had great amenities. The group enjoyed the beach in the early morning, indoor pools and hot tub during the day and the lazy river at night. We also enjoyed tennis and getting some workouts in. They also had live music and snowcones at the main pool. We rarely left the resort since there was so much to do here. We would come back to turquoise place.

Very nice unit

Turquois Place is excellent for kids. We loved the balcony and the hot tub. The unit is very upscale and we would definitely stay there again.

Much needed down time.

This was the first time my cousin who experienced a stroke in Mach of 2020 has taken. He is in a wheelchair with limited mobility. This of course presented some challenges. Having a unit that was handicapped accessible was wonderful. We did not know until check out that the resort offered bridges that would have offered greater ease to balcony. With it being our first adventure we did not know to ask. Luggage racks in rooms would be a nice touch. We utilized offsite parking and just before leaving we were informed that that vehicle was involved in an accident. While that was minor and will be an inconvenience for the owner we did appreciate the the honesty of the resort employee for coming forward. Did we have a great time, yes. Would we book again, absolutely.

Met expectations from on-line listing. A few updates needed but overall enjoyed our stay. Property management attentive to fix a few key issues identified upon our arrival. Would rent again without any concerns.

Beautiful condo

We had a great week in this condo with a lovely view of the Gulf. There were a few issues the ice maker wasn’t clean, DVD player didn’t work and they replaced it. (The sound never worked with the new one. ) When there was an issue it was addressed, fireplace and air conditioner was fixed. The day we arrived we didn’t have any hot water for showers at bedtime, discovered the next morning the breaker had flipped, wish I had thought to look at that the day of arrival. They came out two days concerning the air conditioning and it was fixed the second day. Also, at check in they told me everything was closed except the boardwalk. I knew some things would not be operational but no one told me in advance of arrival that everything was closed. The condo does need a dust pan available for guests to use. The dining room seat cushions are dirty and a couple of the chairs had been glued back together. The size and layout of the condo was wonderful!
