A friend and I stayed here on a mid-week break and loved it. A quiet location that’s close to everything, we walked and used public transport with great options nearby. The house had everything we needed, and we loved its relaxed feel and beautiful flowering gum in the backyard.

Lovely two bedroom cottage with lovely historic feel. All amenities that we required, including a lovely sunny courtyard at the back to relax in on sunny days, with accompanying birdlife. So close to lots of eateries, including Chinatown and the Adelaide market. Easy public transport close by. We appreciated the tips on finding local favourites.

Ideal location a few minutes walk to an amazing range of restaurants in Field and Gouger Streets, as well as the Central Markets. So much better than staying in a hotel. Great to have the backyard area to enjoy listening to the rosella parrots.

Great location near Chinatown. Didn’t take car out for the four days we were there. Dog walking a joy with Whitmore Square 2 blocks away & large park with Adelaide Pavilion a few blocks south. Free tram across CBD handy with two stations close by. Central Market is a couple of blocks the other way. Lovely ready to eat pasta. The leek & Gruyère tart from Dough was delicious.

Was exactly as advertised. Very convenient. I was attending a conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre and it was perfect for us to stay with our dog. It was a 20 min walk or 15 Uber. Not many capital cities you can stay in a house that close to the CBD.

Fantastic location, beautiful courtyard with a lovely, mature Gum tree, a rare sight in the inner city. Well equipped kitchen, nice touches like shampoo, conditioner, room sprays etc. Perfect for dogs, very quiet and lots of parking in nearby streets if you didn't want to chance the car park! Great city pad with everything you need and Craig replied promptly with all queries!

This cottage was perfect for our little family of 2 pets and 3 adults.A cosy place with central heating a great shower and very comfortable beds, it felt like a home away from home.We loved how we could be out all day and come back to a comfy couch and tv when we had no plans.The garden is paved with planter boxes and was very easy to clean up after pets. It was a lovely backyard, even in the rain as the covered area had seats and it felt like a but of a rainforest in the rain. We loved it and hope to return in the future.

Craig and Andy have thought of absolutely anything to make your stay amazing! The cottage is well stocked and full of charm. The house is beautiful and in a superb location. Despite being in the heart of the city, was generally pretty quiet. The courtyard is like a little private oasis. Having its own carpark is a luxury not common in the CBD, although it is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Fantastic inner city location

Great place to stay - great location, comfortable bed, generous space and court yard. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Nice park nearby for fur-babies. Really enjoyed our stay.

Little treasure tucked in CBD Adelaide

Great location near the Market and within walking distance of much of Adelaide. Well equipped, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
