Awesome Location, Well Stocked, Very Clean!

The first thing you will say when you open the door is WOW! Here you have plenty of room to move about, store your stuff, take off your shoes and relax. The kitchen is stocked with new cooking utensils - the beds are super comfy and everything is spotless. You have your own designated parking spot and Aspen Life is right outside the door, yet far enough away that it's quiet when you want to rest and sleep. This unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a King Bed in the master and a perpendicular twin/queen bunk in the guest room. The beds are equipped with great mattresses and soft sheets. The towels are new and plush. The location is fantastic at S. Mill Street between the Hyatt and the St. Regis, one block up. Some nights we never even leave the street as most of the Aspen action is right down the road! With ample snow, you can ski home from Lift 1A and the Gondola is 2 blocks away. The owners have a locker available for a small charge at the base of the Gondola. The Aspen bus system that takes you everywhere is conveniently located - one block away. The kitchen is well stocked and bathroom amenities are provided. There is even an area in the entry to hang and dry your gear. Find TV's in both the living room and the master and the master can be locked off to serve as a hotel room type accommodation. If you are interested in just a hotel room, inquire about this, the rates are lower. You won't find any left over personal effects in this property -- it's your home for the time you are there. This place has a lot of charm and is perfect for a group or family.
