Great property that was perfect for our group. Was a lot of room to spread ourselves out when needed and gather when needed as well. Would return in a heartbeat!

Jess was very responsive. There were some water pressure issues but overall a good house. There were many trails in the area that were good and a farm stand down the mountain that was fun walking too.

The property was beautiful and spacious.We were traveling with a large family of 14 and there was plenty of space for all. The children loved the pool and game room. The house has stunning views and is very comfortable.We loved having a master suite on the first floor. Jess was responsive to all of our questions. Would recommend !! My kidshave said this was their favorite house!

This was a fantastic stay for our large group! We have been taking annual group trips for many years now and this has been one of if not the best places we've stayed. The hpst Jess was fantastic to work with as well. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay at Jess's place and though we did run into a few issues with hot water and the pool needing to be clean, Jess was immediately on it and had someone come by the house quickly. The house had ample beds, seating, and activities for our multi-generational group, though a heads up that some of the bedrooms were quite small so while okay for kids, a few adults sharing a bunk room is tight.

This house was perfect for our ski trip. It comfortably fit our large group & had everything we needed. We were able to cook meals easily, relax and watch movies together, and getting to and from the mountain was quick and convenient. It made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable.

We had 11 of us for Christmas and the house was great- big enough to accommodate us comfortably. The hot tub was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more for a large group!

Great location

Great location, nice ski town near by. Property was nicely set up for entertaining. Parking was ample, and Jess was very easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great time the house is beautiful and spacious with lots of outdoor space. It is less then 10 minutes to downtown Bethel about 20 minutes to Sunday River.

Summer Golf With Friends

This house was beautiful and had plenty of amenities for our stay. The property was in excellent condition and the location was perfect. Close enough to Bethel and Sunday River Golf Club for exploring and golf, but far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a multi-family or buddies trip.
