We had a wonderful winter stay here. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable for two families with small children. We hope to stay again some time!

This is a perfect house for large family groups. Having 4 bathrooms makes a big difference! The pool and table tennis table keep the kids very happy! Very clean and spacious home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The house was very clean wth lots of room for us all. The kids loved the pool, play equipment and the table tennis. The close access to the lovely beach was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. I would recommend this house for a long or short stay. The host, Carmen, was very quick and friendly in replying to our messages and helping us to resolutions. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to use. It did take a while to understand the oven operation but it worked well once we mastered the dials.It was good having an outdoor shower so the kids were clean from sand before entering the house. Callala Beach is a quiet holiday destination which we loved. We look forward to another holiday here one day.

Great family group get away. Cannot fault Carmen, her communication or the property. Kids had the best time, and so did the adults. Especially as the beds were really comfortable - something that is hard to find in a rental. Will be renting again next year.

Incredible few nights away with our family! The kids had a ball the adults relaxed by the pool. Such a clean, spacious house perfect for much needed family time!

Brilliant Stay

We had a fabulous time and found that we had plenty to do and plenty of space despite the fact that in rained all weekend! It was a perfect house for young children.

Some positive feed back- the property is well kept and well equipped, with ample space in all bedrooms and the downstairs living area is great.- the location to beach and shops/club is great- Your response to our emails was also excellent.

Incredible family home

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach King home. It is a stunning home with a beautiful pool and amazing backyard. The home is clean and spacious, the bedrooms were huge, beds very comfortable, and only 1 street back from the beach. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Five star accommodation beautiful house.

Two years in a row beautiful house all you need is there for your stay. Thank you sooo much Carmen once again we had a wonderful time. The weather was not that great for a couple of days but we found things to do.

One of the best home away from home I’ve stayed in

We had a wonderful stay and fit 8 adults and 4 young children perfectly. The beds were super comfy and the shower pressure was nice and strong. Everything was spotless. Carmen was lovely and was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We would 100% stay here again.

Excellent holiday house !

We loved the Beach King. The property is such a fantastic place for large family groups (like ours !) The house is large, spacious, well appointed and in a peaceful location. Carmen is an excellent communicator. We will be back !

Great house - generous space, living area, large bathrooms. House was spotless on arrival. Had everything we needed for a family holiday catering to the needs from age 4 - 70. Walking distance to the beach.

A great family getaway

Our family (ages 3-73) had a fabulous family holiday. The house is very well set out with room for all. There are ample, spacious bathrooms, both upstairs and down. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard is a young child’s dream. The beach is a short stroll from the house and everyone enjoyed spending time there. Carmen is an excellent host who communicates regularly and ensures that everything is going well. We were sorry to have to leave!

Fantastic place for family getaway!

My husband and I, along with our two sons and their families (toddler almost 3 and infant of 7 months), enjoyed a fabulous long weekend at Beach King. Everything was provided for and available for our use. We really didn't need to bring anything except ourselves. The weather was great so a lot of time spent at the beach (close proximity) or in the pool. It's a very spacious house with 4 roomy bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites). We would have loved to stay a bit longer, and hope to return again in the near future.
