We are available to guests by email, phone, or text. We know our neighborhood very well (!) and care about our community- let us know when you need something or have questions!

The Short North Arts District is one of Columbus’s best treasures! Along High Street you’ll find a mix of unique shops, buzzing bars, incredible restaurants, and art galleries. The neighborhood also hosts lively events throughout the year.

Inside the home, we’ve put together a detailed guide with our favorite local bakeries, cafés, and restaurants to help you explore like a local.

Enjoy the whole home to yourself, including a cozy fenced back patio—perfect for relaxing after a day in the Short North.

· A valid photo ID is required at booking for security purposes.
· At this time, we are not hosting local residents.

👥 Guest Count & Fees
· Base rates cover up to 3 guests. Each additional guest (from the 4th guest onward) is subject to an extra nightly fee.
· Only registered, paying overnight guests are allowed on the property.
· Please ensure your guest count is correct before your stay. Refunds for adjustments are at the host’s discretion.
· This system allows us to keep rates affordable for smaller groups while still accommodating larger ones.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Policy
· We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors.
· If noise ever becomes an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—and we’ll do the same if needed

🧴 Supplies & Essentials
· We provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods.
· Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and basic coffee/creamer are provided.
· For longer stays, please purchase any additional supplies you may need.

🚪 Accessibility
· This home does not have handicap access.
· There are stairs to enter the front and back porches of the home.
· No bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor.

🐾 Pets Welcome
· Dogs welcome! $35/pet per night (max $200/month per pet). Fees will be adjusted after booking.
· Please let us know at booking if you’re bringing a pet.
· Restricted breeds: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or mixes of these breeds. Any dog with a bite history is also not permitted (for insurance reasons).
· Pet damages/stains may incur additional fees.
· Cleanup required: All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. A $20 fee applies if we must remove pet waste.

💳 Damage Waiver & Fees
· A $129 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
· Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
· Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be the guest’s responsibility.
· Strong odors requiring Ozone treatment (smoke, heavy food, etc.) incur a $500 fee.

- There are exterior security cameras located at the front and rear of the home.

We bought this fixer upper in 2011 and completely renovated the house to the studs. This pre-1890s house is completely new on the inside. Sadly, the only original features of the home that remain are the pine wood floors and fireplaces. Most features of the home were gone before they purchased the home. On the positive side, you enjoy a relatively new home on the inside of a historic one!
