The place is very clean, nice and quiet. Do need hairdryer and pot. More sign at the entrance will be helpful.

Highly Recommended

We stayed for a wonderful anniversary weekend. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location; the short walk back from wine tasting at Audrey Wilkinson was very handy. We will stay again.

Tranquil comfort

This little cottage is in the perfect spot. We all couldn’t believe how beautiful and quiet it was. So spacious, and large en-suites for all. Property was immaculately clean and tidy, comfortable beds and great amenities. Beautiful outlook on the deck even having return questions and remarks from friends on my socials where I posted a short clip of the deck view.

Spacious house but not very comfortable

We stayed a night here as a family group after attending a wedding nearby. First the positives... The house (Stewart Cottage) is spacious, and having an ensuite in every room was definitely good! The location is perfect - tucked away near Tulloch & Audrey Wilkinson wineries, very close to Hunter Valley Gardens. Downside was that it was very musty-smelling, all the bed linens and blankets were old and musty, the rooms were very cobwebby and in need of a thorough clean, and the windows screens were all quite loose & old which meant they rattled all night long in the wind. It's also a shame that there was no communication from the hosts at booking stage or afterwards about the check-in and check-out process. It wouldn't take much to send an email or something just confirming what to do on arrival. The information on Stayz said "your host hasn't provided any information yet about your arrival process". We had to call a few times the morning of arrival to get hold of someone and work out where we were supposed to go.

Fantastic stay, great host!

Beautiful, peaceful cottage with everything you would need for a short stay. Host was excellent and very good communication. Very well located near wineries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

We stayed at the property for a wedding. The place was excellent from the ease of check in and communication with the owner through to the closeness of everything in the Hunter Valley. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Hunter Getaway

Great little spot, with gorgeous views/deck and cosy inside - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms too. We will return for a relaxed weekend away.
