Can't beat the location... The complex is attractive and well maintained, has a beautiful pool area and a good workout space. The shopping area across the street has everything you could need, from great restaurants to groceries and a pharmacy. It's 5 minutes from great hiking in the Catalina Mountains and Sabino Canyon recreation area. There are 4 good EV chargers (Blink) in the complex.The condo itself is mediocre. It is well stocked but also in need of repairs. The master bed's mattress is on its last legs, several slats on the frame of the guest bed are broken, the master shower has a poorly patched crack, the toilets have stains that don't come out, the air conditioner broke while I was there, and the master bedroom is always at least 5 degrees warmer than anywhere else in the condo (not great for sleeping).The check-in process was a disaster... The condo's owner was there when I arrived and not aware of my reservation. The situation was resolved the next day, they refunded me a day and I'm sure it was a one-time snafu, but it's not how you want to start your trip.Come here for the location (which I did) but find another place if you will spend significant time in the condo itself.

Good stay

I think it is a nice place to stay, with a great ubication and comfortable areas. I would improve the communication for the check in and maybe change the mattress for the main room.

The property, Pinnacle Canyon, has always been very nice place to stay. It is in close proximity to everything we enjoy doing while vacationing in Tucson.

Annual March Madness

This was my12th March in AZ. The rental agents were, by far, the most attentive. What the unit lacked, they provided. Kudos!!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a major heart attack right after we checked in. Went to Tucson medical center and had 5 star care. The surgeon even came in with his team on Sunday to do my surgery. You should tell your renters if medical emergency to go there. Then my husband got shingles due to the stress same awesome care

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not as clean as we would prefer, but we called and management had the carpeting cleaned, the master bedspread replaced, wall edging cleaned, freezer ice cube maker replaced, furnace filter replaced and furnace cleaned. The Windows were never cleaned, but after all of the other items were complete we were happy with the condo. It was cozy and comfy.
