This lovely 3-bedroom golf villa is located on the first fairway of the famous Teeth of the Dog golf course at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. This exclusive resort sits on over 7,000 acres and offers the most complete Caribbean vacation for more information on the resort - The villa is just a five minute walk from the the hotel and two golf courses.

The golf villa offers 2,000 square feet of living area on two floors with the master suite on the ground floor with its own porch, and two bedrooms on the second floor each with their own bath room. The villa offers great views of the Teeth of the Dog golf course and the Caribbean Sea. This property is ideal for a family or the avid golfer.

Included - Personalised registration and check-in at Casa de Campo entrance and at your villa, orientation of the property, and private daily staff services.

Not Included - Airport transfers to/from Casa de Campo Resort, Casa de Campo resort fee, selected resort activities, food and beverages, golf cart rentals, additional villa staff, staff gratuities or special celebrations at the villa.

Resort Fee - A resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. Fees are US$ 20/night (adults = all persons over the age of 15) and US$ 10/night (children between the age of 10 to 15) will be charge by Casa de Campo Resort at the time of your arrival. Children below 9 years old do not require resort registration. Resort registration fee is subject change without notice.

The resort fee includes access to equestrian center, shooting center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo spa, three (3) Pete Dye golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, fitness center, towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach, discounts, special access for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center.

Beautiful home close to the hotel and other amenities

The owner was great and helped coordinate the stay as well as a driver and a cart which made it much easier getting around Casa De Campo. The place was even better than the pictures.

A great villa in a great place

Wonderful stay in a roomy, comfortable, fully equipped villa in one of the best locations in Casa de Campo.

We knew this was going to be a difficult rental the minute they arrived with several bags of laundry to be washed by our maid. The end was not much better as they tried to stay beyond departure time, and did not tip the maid for her service. Not an ideal client!

A Great Find

This was our third time to Casa De Campo as a family and our first time staying in a villa. We all loved being at the villa instead of the hotel rooms. The location was excellent, we walked over to Lago Grill on mornings when we wanted to dine there and also to the pool. Andrew rented us the golf cart and we used it for all other nearby trips such as the beach, horseback riding and tennis. Andrew was very helpful getting everything set before the trip for us. He always responded quickly about everything. He recommended using Alexander for taxi service and it made everything so very easy. All of Alexander's drivers were great and we were always in a van, very comfortable. Antonia was the villa's delightful housekeeper. She had a lovely smile and laugh and was just a treat for anyone but especially if you have children and are looking to get away from the mundane chores like laundry, cooking and cleaning! She excelled at all of that. We joked that we could have brought one outfit each because she laundered everything, ironed, hung in closets. First class service! Also she was an excellent cook so we asked her to make grocery lists and we bought the food at the grocery store in the Marina and she cooked us breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house was perfectly spacious. We had two adults, two teenagers and a youngster with plenty of room. The little plunge pool with lounge chairs out the back was a nice bonus. We used the backgammon set and I read one of the books from the shelf. Two of the bathrooms were nicely updated. Most of the house otherwise is original but in a nice way. It is not all brand spanking new and fancy, it is a spacious, comfortable beach/golf house. We felt that it was very fairly priced. My husband loved being on the first hole of Teeth of the Dog. The screened and outdoor areas were beautiful, it was a joy to see the flowers after a long NY winter. We would love to come back.
