A beautiful property in quiet bush surrounds with the sound of waves crashing outside. Lovely decor, comfy beds and loads of space. Will recommend to others.

Spray Point Cottage is a lovely home in a beautiful location. The house is exactly what is expected. Richard and Annette are easy to communicate with when needed. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely stay at spray point. Perfect for our girls weekend away. The gift hamper on arrival was a lovely touch. Very comfy beds. All over, highly recommend and I hope we get a chance to come back.

We had a great time at Spay Point Cottage. The space is lovely and exactly as advertised, and we had everything we needed. You can tell Richard and Annette take a lot of pride in being hosts, and the details were appreciated.

What an amazing place!! It was so well looked after and felt like a cross between a home and a hotel, with everything you needed and every comfort you could imagine. The welcome gift was so thoughtful and special, and the proximity to the beach was to die for.

We had a wonderful time at Spray Point Cottage. The house is very clean with lovely beach décor, and is well set up with everything you need. It is positioned in a great part of Blairgowrie in amongst the bushy back beach area. The hosts left us a welcoming basket of goodies which we really appreciated.We highly recommend this holiday house and are planning a return visit.

Spray point cottage was a great place to stay in the Mornington. Its main features are being close to walks along the coast and having lots of space to enjoy the house. Everything was just how we would have wanted itRichard and Annette were very helpful and responsive as hosts

Beautiful accomodation, gorgeous location

Loved out stay, just wasn’t long enough. Location is quiet amongst the trees, light filled and multi levels of the property were lovely.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was bigger than expected so there was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The seating area on the deck was beautiful and the sunsets were to die for. Thank you for having us!

Spray Point Cottage was the perfect Christmas location, luxurious but comfortable, a home-from-home. It had everything we needed for our stay, including helpful touches like providing condiments and washing powder. While we didn’t meet our hosts, they left a welcome basket and very welcoming messages, making us feel at home. The location was delightful, a short walk from Spray Point. We had a really wonderful stay.

Great weekend away!

Thanks for a lovely stay-we had a great time for our girls weekend. The house was perfect for our needs and felt ‘lived in’ with all the essentials we needed. We loved the extra touches including home made jam and wine!
